This beautiful, brand new duplex apartment sleeps 4 and is ideally located right in the heart of Papeete. A real gem to discover when you visit the capital! The flat is spacious, bright, functional and resolutely modern, offering all the comforts you need. It can easily accommodate up to four people. On the first level, an intimate alcove offers a private sleeping area for two people with a Queen Size bed. The master bedroom is upstairs. Spacious and cosy, it has a queen-size bed and a study area. In the crevice at the back of the room on the left, you'll find the iron, ironing board and hoover. This is also where you'll find the bathroom, with its washbasin, washing machine, WC and large Italian-style shower in natural stone.



The living area is spacious, with a modern, elegant and uncluttered layout. It has a lounge area with television, sofa and armchair, and a dining area with table and chairs, providing everything you need for convivial moments. A splendid suspended wrought-iron staircase adds a special touch of charm to this accommodation. The balcony, equipped with a rattan lounge, will be appreciated for enjoying your morning coffee, your aperitifs at the end of the day or even your meals al fresco.



You'll be able to prepare all your meals on site thanks to a modern, functional and fully-equipped kitchen. The little extra that makes all the difference is the dishwasher. Free wifi internet connection is provided, and you'll also have a private parking space (the one in the middle) just down the road from your building.
