Beautiful modern 2-room flat of 50 m² located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, in town and just two steps from the centre. Perfectly suited for a solo stay, as a couple or with a child, this accommodation can accommodate up to 5 people.
Arrangement
A comfortable double bed room.
Living room: a double sofa bed a single sofa bed.
Living space
Independent fully equipped kitchen: induction hobs, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine (Senseo), crockery and kitchen utensils, dining table.
Cosy lounge with TV and Wi-Fi included.
Bathroom: bathtub and washing machine.
Location
Located in an iconic neighbourhood of Angers, in the city, just a few minutes from the centre, this accommodation benefits from an ideal location, close to shops, restaurants and public transport.
No private parking (free parking 50 metres from the accommodation, Garnier Street).
