We had an excellent stay! The place is roomy and comfortable - the photos are accurate. The location is perfect - a short walk to great restaurants and the harbor in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We really enjoyed hanging out on the front patio with its awesome view of the bay. I would come back!

Very nice rental unit! Very spacious and clean and location was great! I wish I would have had more time to enjoy it, but it was a wedding week-end, and all we got to do there was shower and sleep (and very little sleep with all the planned activities).I would highly recommend Jason’s place to anyone. He was great at responding to questions I have mobility issues and walk with a cane. Assess was very manageable. Thank you Jason!

This property has a great location, very close to downtown Gig Harbor and wonderful restaurants. The home was sparkling clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the harbor. The owner was responsive to our questions and the cleaning service even found my lost jacket and mailed it to me. I rate the experience a resounding 10.

There was a problem with the dishwasher leaking under the sink I called Jason and could not leave a message because his voicemail was full. I sent a text but didn’t receive any response.

Best location, only a block away from good restaurants, marinas and the harbor. Beautiful view of harbor. Spacious two bedroom and two bath condo with well stocked kitchen and the unit was spotless. Now, the beautiful view of the harbor from the patio with a bottle of wine and flower on the table is misleading. As we approached the property landscaping is rundown. The kitchen dishwasher is not attached and tries to fall out when the door is opened. Master bedroom is big and not one chair, chest or picture. The toiled is designed for a midget. The living room has one well used small couch and an office chair on rollers. The small dinning room table is wobbly and feels like it could collapse. Also, I don’t believe the windows have ever been washed and some of the blinds have broken slats. It would take very little to bring this property up to a 5 Star rating.

Nice Place to Recover

We stayed here because our daughter had surgery. It was quiet and conveniently located. We enjoyed watching the hummingbirds and seeing the Christmas Lights on the harbor.

Excellent location and very nice. The owner was very responsive to our needs. Landscaping has not been attended to but we saw lots of wildlife on the property.

Great Location

This a very nice place in a great location. Nice view of the harbor and walking distance to food and drink. The unit is sparsely furnished, which is the reason for only giving it 4 stars. There is only a couch for the living room and is not comfortable for 3 adults. Another couch or a chair would be nice.

Perfect for our family of four

This worked out perfectly f or our family of four. My two boys stayed in the room with the two singles, and my wife and I in the other bedroom. They had plenty of space to move around, and it worked out well for us to visit with family in the area. A central location to visit from. The place was clean, and comfortable, and had the amenities we needed to make it a successful trip.

Great for Seniors

Except for 3 steps up to the deck, this house is great for seniors. We are in our 70’s and 80’s and found the hall bathroom with a higher toilet and walk in shower accommodating. Great location. Good parking. Fully equipped.

Perfect location

This is our second time staying at this property, and it was just as enjoyable this time. Everything was clean, easy to find/use, and comfortable. Last time we visited, there were thick trees covering the driveway and entrance area, making it difficult to find easily. This time, those were all gone and it was much easier to find the driveway and see the road to turn out. Beautiful views of the harbor…this is a great spot. Jason is a very considerate and communicative host!

Nice apt

This property was more affordable compared to many in the area. It has simple decor and minimal flash. Still we enjoyed the space and everything we needed was available. This is a first floor apt so you will hear signs of life above you. This wasn't a problem for us. We would stay again. heahear

Winter visit

Prooert was okay. Spacious but a bit dated. A couple small things like dirty shower liner and a stained comforter. Upstairs was quiet for the mist part and wasnt an issue. A no frills place that is well located.
