Stay in the heart of one of the best downtown areas in the Denver area- one block from dining, shopping and entertainment. Walk score: 85. A 3-minute walk to the light rail that will take you to the airport, downtown Denver and more, or a 5-minute drive to I-70.
Enjoy a unique experience in this stylish, fully-updated historic 1889 building with brand new appliances & furnishings.
You'll enjoy:
✮ A comfy queen-sized bed with storage drawers and extra blankets
✮ A fully-stocked kitchen area with a fridge and freezer; toaster oven that grills, toasts, bakes, roasts, broils, and more; a microwave; a one-serving blender; a full-sized drip coffee maker and coffee/sugar; cooking oil and basic spices; two gas burners; all of your kitchenware
✮ A workstation tailored to the business traveler, complete with high-speed internet and download speeds of 600 Mbps
✮ A smart TV with YouTube TV providing hundreds of local and cable channels, and Netflix

I'm a Colorado native, and was born and raised in Arvada. It has a special place in my heart and I've enjoyed seeing the city grow and welcome new residents over the last few years. Olde Town Arvada is a unique area with so much to see and do, as well as a rich history that you can really feel as you walk down each street.
I was overjoyed when I came across this unit, as it has given me the opportunity to share some of Olde Town Arvada's magic with you. Built in 1889, this unit is part of a building that was originally used as a farmhouse, with the original main house still on the property, being used as a commercial building.
It's right down from the Olde Town Arvada light rail station and offers so many opportunities for those looking to stay in the area. I'm happy to be able to provide this amazing experience for others.
