Really enjoyed our stay here. The home was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and having a great park nearby was an added bonus. We’d absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.

We chose this house because the description was very family friendly. The back yard was perfect for my two kids (3 & 7) and all the toys and books in the house made traveling with them easy. The location near parks was excellent, just a 5-10 minute walk. If you are traveling with young kids I would highly recommend.

Perfect layout, amazing backyard, kids we're so excited for their own little "library" and "park". Its walking distance to another huge park too. Highly recommend for any family or friends looking for a good gathering space inside and out near many bars and restaurants.

We had a great stay at this home! The house was very nice, clean, and updated with plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably. The large backyard was a huge bonus, especially for families with kids. The play set and kids’ toys kept the children entertained, which made the trip even more relaxing for the adults. Communication with the host was great and quick. Overall, the home felt very welcoming and family-friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

We came to town to celebrate our daughters 2nd birthday and watch my sister play and colorado school of mines, the home gave us a great home base while exploring denver and visiting golden. It was clean and welcoming. We loved how much it catered to children our daughter had so much fun looking through the books and spending time outside on the play structure. One reccomendation for the kitchen is to add a few extra pans and cooking utensils. It was really the bare minimum so it made cooking larger meals a little hard. However we really loved our stay here this home will be on our short list for our frequent visits to the area.

The house was really great. We visited over Thanksgiving and it had everything we needed, including heated bathroom floors! The backyard was our daughter’s favorite. The playground was well builds, safe, and fun. We even got a visit from a rabbit one morning. We will definitely looks to stay here again for future visits.

2 nights in Denver (area)

If you want to stay in a safe, quiet, and popular area of Denver, look no further than Arvada and this charming home. Modern aesthetics compliment the mid century feel. The location is perfect if you want to travel to downtown Denver but do not wish to stay there. The Old Towne Arvada shops and restaurants are just moments away and so are most area attractions. 10/10, would stay again.

Our stay was a home run! We live in Southwest Colorado and this was a last-minute trip. I messaged the host at 11 o’clock the night before our proposed arrival and I was able to confirm:-)My wife and I were traveling with our five-year-old. The play structure in the back yard, kids books, coloring books, crayons, games, toys (the list goes on) were fantastic for our little one. This place is fantastic with kiddo(s)!!!Decor is awesome mid-century modern. Lots of attention to detail. My wife said, “this place is very calming.“The EV charger is a level 1 (around 3kw), enough to top up our EV while we slept. It is a J1772 connector, so we used our own adapter for NACS/Tesla type connector. There’s a beer Garden nearby with a kids menu and outdoor fire pits. Ralston Central Park is half a block from the house. It’s a huge park that spans what must be about half a mile with trails and bridges. Awesome playground, we saw ducks in the creek. Bring bikes if you can in the summer.It seemed like everything was only 20 minutes away, even downtown. We did meow wolf, which was awesome.There’s also a big City Market grocery store right around the corner along with a Walmart.We didn’t get to spend as much time in old town Arvada as we would’ve liked. But the little time that we did spend there was cool… Neat pedestrian mall with shops and restaurants.I’m running out of characters in this review, I could go on. If you made it this far, BOOK IT!

Excellent house for my family! There was a variety of toys, games, and books to entertain my 5 year old son, plus the sandbox is under the play structure so he could dig in the shade on a very hot day. The *amazing* Hoskinson Park is a short walk, as is the Arvada Beer Garden. Off-street parking was convenient. All the other amenities (kitchen, laundry, linens, WIFI/TV, etc.) were as expected. I would stay there again.
