You can see the scoreboard and hear the band from our home! Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, 1.8 miles to Beaver Stadium and close to downtown State College. 3 bedrooms (1 queen and 2 kings), all with their own bathrooms including a luxurious master bathroom 6' shower with dual shower heads as well as heated floor and toilet seat. Fully finished basement with kitchenette and workout area. Wonderful backyard living space-cozy covered porch with TV and glass top propane coffee table/firepit (enclosed Dec-March), stone patio with table and chairs, collapsible shade umbrellas for table and firepit area, grill, wood fire-pit and patio lighting; and deck off master bedroom with adjacent fountain and flower garden. Relax in the evening in the movie room just off the basement kitchenette, and you can even get in a morning workout with the Peloton, treadmill, weights and pull up bar.
Our community has Dalvue park which offers a new playground, pavilion with water and charcoal grille, baseball field, tennis courts and a sand volleyball court.
On Gamedays we are 1.8 miles from the stadium, and there is also a shuttle that runs from the Giant Plaza right down the road.
