Cocoonr offers you this charming flat to rent in Le Grand-Bornand, ideally located close to the ski slopes, with Wi-Fi connection (fibre optics). It has a surface area of 56 m². Located on the ground floor, it offers a pleasant living room, a fully equipped kitchen, sleeping accommodation for 6 people and a modern shower room.
Composition of the accommodation :
- 24 m² living room with TV and convivial dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
The sleeping areas are organised as follows:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200). The room has a window with a mountain view.
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190), no window, separated from the corridor by a curtain.
- Cabin 1: bunk bed (sleeps 2). No window, separated from the corridor by a curtain.
- Bathroom with shower.
- Separate WC/laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Additional equipment: high chair, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside
- A balcony with table and chairs, ideal for enjoying fine weather and mountain views.

The flat is located in the Samance area, a peaceful and pleasant environment. Essential shops, restaurants, bars, boutiques and the market are all within easy reach.
Chinaillon village centre: approximately 10 minutes' walk.
