Situated in The McCormick Scottsdale -- a designer complex set on the shores of Camelback Lake -- this top-floor unit (no elevator) pairs Southwestern charm with lovely views. After a day of exploring, unwind on the balcony or cozy up inside by the fireplace.

Kick back on the sectional in the sunlit living room -- watch a movie on the smart TV while you bask in the glow of the gas fireplace. Prepare home-cooked meals in the modern kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances. Three can perch at the kitchen bar, while the adjacent dining table seats six.

This home sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms. Find quiet privacy in the primary suite, outfitted with a king bed, a TV, two desks, and a private balcony with seating for two and lake views. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a glass walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a king bed and a smart TV, while the third bedroom provides a full-over-full bunk bed and a smart TV. The adjacent bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.

Enjoy cocktails and conversation on the balcony. Feel the breeze through the palm trees while you take in glimpses of the lake.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
