Wonderful Visit - Great Condo

Thank you for the wonderful stay. The condo was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I appreciated receiving a text prior to arrival and having a direct contact for any questions—it made check-in/check-out seamless. We enjoyed the easy access to the hot tub, and the location was perfect with great restaurants and Sprouts right across the street. It was also very convenient to Old Town Scottsdale and even Tempe. Highly recommend!

Great location

The beds were super comfy! The location was perfect, a lot of walkable bars and restaurants. There were some ants but otherwise it was very clean!

We had a great get away. Went to Waste Management Golf Tournament.We spent many hours enjoying Old Town.We will be back again.The location was awesome and clean.

Amazing Stay! Highly Recommend!

I had a fantastic experience at this property and would absolutely love to stay here again! The place was super clean, making it feel comfortable and welcoming right from the start. The pool was fantastic—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunny days. The locals were incredibly kind and added to the overall positive vibe of the area. The booking contact was courteous, responsive, and quick to answer any questions I had, which made the whole process seamless. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great spot to stay. Comfortable Condo, Great Outdoor space

We wrapped up a two week vacation visiting some National Parks and before flying home out of Phoenix decided to spend a few days relaxing. This was the perfect spot - my kids loved the pool area and we were able to explore some nearby attractions; Odysea Aquarium and the Musical Instrument Museum and we were able to walk to dinner. Finding our parking spot and the correct condo building was a little challenging as when we put the address in GPS it did not take us to the correct parking lot; but we were able to figure it out eventually.

Great condo in a great location

Truly enjoyed our stay, condo is very nice and spacious with plenty of open space and it had all the amenities we needed. The location is wonderful with plenty of stores, shops, restaurants and bars in walking distance along with some nice parks with paths for walking or biking. Walking distance to Old Town

Everything was great. Close to restaurants and shopping. Comfortable beds and sofa. Very clean. It needs a dresser in the front bedroom and 2nd nightstands. The Keurig machine didn't work.

My close friend and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful rental! Her and I enjoyed the large dining room table to put together puzzles while we watched movies on the cute little flatscreen in the living room. We went out to the communal hot tub for the complex a couple of times, and the weather was absolutely perfect to relax and enjoy great company! The nearby TjMaxx, Zipps bar, and Clancy's Pub were a hit for her and I and we were so happy we didn't have to travel far to go out and have a great night with some drinks and walk back to the rental.

Great Place but no air conditioner working.

The property manager was very responsive in bringing more fans. I would have thought that the add would have disclosed that there would be no air conditioning.

excellence begins with your response to issues

Lovely and beautiful stay Close to shops and night life We had a couple issues with the heat not working and shower hose breaking and they resolved it IMMEDIATELY and left us with a 25$ pizza dinner card! Paul was friendly and most helpful with communication and response time. We will be back!!!

Scottsdale Maya Condominiun

The condo has been fairly nicely upgraded inside, but there are some problems which I believe make it unsatisfactory as a rental. The condo is in a very poor location in the Maya complex. It backs up (balcony) to a very busy 4 lane street that is noisy all day and all night. The street noise is very noticeable. It is also too lit up and bright all night because there are very bright lights on the wall just outside the front door that can not be turned off. There is also a pole lamp on the grass area directly across from the front door as well that also lights up the interior of the condo. The blinds do not block off the lights and the draperies do not have a liner to keep the lights out. Your sleep will be heavily disrupted due to the inside being lit up all night with no way of cutting out the light. Although advertised as having air conditioning, the air conditioning was turned off for the entire complex. I was told that the heating and air had a total complex shut on-off switch controlled by the manager and that the air was on off for the entire complex during our rental time. It was in the mid- to high- 80's all week. There is a roll-up shade on the balcony that was absolutely filthy dirty as well.

Area and location was great for our needs!

Floors were filthy, our feet were black and we were their not even 24 hours yet! Pots & pans were warped. Sliding glass door to patio was broken could not open it we had to spray canola oil on the track just to get it open. Dishwasher did not wash dishes properly top rack broken. Microwave only worked sometimes it kept flashing door open when it was closed. And only 2 wash rags were supplied.

Great location

This property was perfect for our stay. It was in close proximity to Old Town Scottsdale, just a two minute drive. It was walking distance to coffee, restaurants, and convenience stores. It was comfortable and quiet. Very nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom as well.

Updated interior/Less than ideal exterior

Upon arrival, the building itself is very old/run down. The interior to our specific space was updated/nice, however there were a few problems. The a/c was turned off, so it smelled musky upon entering and it took a good 24 hours for it to cool down inside. The outside patio space, which was one reason we rented this space, was not utilized because both neighbors below had dogs that they allowed to pee/poop on their patio, making the smell of urine and feces very overwhelming! There were also small ants throughout the interior as well, mainly in the bathrooms. The pros to staying here were the location to shopping, restaurants, and night life! Walking distance to all of the above. There were also plenty of toiletries stocked for our stay and some kitchen/pantry supplies provided.

The only minor problem was the AC, the first room as you walk in was nice and cold but the rest of the house we were sweating. And the key fob for pool access acted up quite a bit. Other than that, great place to stay and would highly recommend

Overall enjoyed the stay. I think the initial communication regarding property building , condo number, and parking stall information could have been better. I did receive this information after I contacted the owner. Additionally, the place was pretty clean except the floors.
