Tan's place is terrific and perfect for one person! Two can stay if you don't mind being close. Everything was clean and orderly; the neighborhood is quiet. There's one parking spot in the driveway--very handy since everything along the road was taken. I stayed to attend a conference in Granite Bay, and it was very convenient. It's also just a short drive to Sacramento. This was well worth the money!
