Great place

We stayed for 16 nights with 9 people and had a great time Donny was quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

A group of five colleagues stayed here during a trade show at the convention center. Super convenient and just want we needed!

Family Thanksgiving

We have a large family and the house was very accomodating for our group. Great location for walking and seeing downtown Lancaster. Our host was very quick to respond to anything we needed. Rooms were as pictured in listing.

Spacious, gracious house in downtown Lancaster

My extended family of 12 had a wonderful time in this house, with plenty of room to spread out, comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen and many special touches including a 2nd floor coffee bar. The only caveat is that the vrbo listing said there was a hot tub and there was not. Owners were easy to work with and very responsive.

Bachelorette Weekend

This house was the perfect size for our group. We had the maximum guests, and the house still seemed so spacious. We didn’t even use every room. It was so easy for all the women to take showers and get ready with so many bathrooms. It was about a 5 minute walk from the club, and we felt safe going to and from at night. The house was so beautiful, and every room had its own personality. I couldn’t believe how well-stocked the house was with bowls, silverware, pans, seasonings, towels, etc. the host was responsive and well detailed in entry directions. Everyone was so impressed staying here!

A gem in Lancaster

We were looking for a place to gather to celebrate the matriarch of our family’s 80th birthday and we couldn’t have dreamt up something better than this property!! From start to finish, it was exceptional! The owner, Donny, is so kind, responsive, helpful, amiable, & obviously cares about his guests’ experience as he doesn’t miss a beat! Every inch of the home was charming, clean, and filled with exciting goodies!! A record player (with great vinyl choices), a beautifully stocked library, stylish and well maintained furniture, throw blankets and coasters, a pool table & 2 outdoor spaces, exposed brick & modern lighting, even a coffee nook- this house, and the whole experience for every single one of us, was extraordinary. Highly recommend!!

A Thanksgiving to Remember

This house was the perfect place for our family gathering! We had four generations ranging in age from 91 years to 2 months. The house is beautiful with so much charm. The library is gorgeous and well stocked with books and games and even an LP Victrola. Having two kitchens was a lifesaver since we cooked a traditional Thanksgiving dinner for 14 adults. The weather cooperated so we could take advantage of the two garden areas and the balconies off the bedrooms. The basement game room was a big hit! And the location offered us so many options within walking distance- Central Market, Southern Market, coffee shops, shopping on Queen St, parks and the Christmas tree lighting in Penn Square. We all will treasure our special time together at 151 E Vine ❤️

Great house for larger groups!!

We are a group of coaches who came to town for a weekend swim meet and decided to try something different than a hotel to have more space and comfort when not at the pool. We were delighted with our decision, as the house had more than enough room for everyone, was very clean, and had everything we needed. The house was also beautifully designed and decorated, and the library was a favorite spot for everyone. The showers were great, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a good night's rest after a long day at the pool. We were so impressed with the house that we will make it our go-to place for future meets. The house was located in a neighborhood with many restaurants and bars within walking distance, giving everyone in the group the opportunity to explore the area on their own. Initially, we were concerned about parking, but there are two spots next to the house and everyone else was able to find street parking without any issues.

Perfect Experience, House, and Location!

What a great VRBO in a great location - Close to everything! We were able to walk downtown to some of our new favorite bars and restaurants and it’s so close to the Central Market! It was great communicating with Donny and the house was better than described. It’s well stocked and best of all has some really comfy beds!! Perfect for our large family group with lots of room to spread out. We loved the library and all its curios and the game room was a hit too. Can’t wait to come back!!

Great House

Donnie answered all our questions and was very helpful with recommendations. The house was great. We could easily walk to restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops. The area is vibrant and there was live music on Friday night so fun! The house was perfect for our 9 adults and 5 kids. Donnie thought of everything. Going away for a short weekend is challenging, you can leave your worries behind. The house has everything k-cups, towels, q-tips, umbrellas, bags, razors, shampoo, games and books to entertain the kids. The mattresses were comfortable and plenty of cozy blankets were available. We would definitely rent this house again it was fully stocked, great for entertaining, and so cozy! Thanks, Donnie
