Just a few miles from the Silver Lake Twin Drive in and Charcoal Corral. Located in the southeast corner of Wyoming county just minutes from Alleganey and Livingston counties.

This was the perfect place for our stay, close to Letchworth State Park and friends in Castile. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Loved the deck, yard, and indoor/outdoor games. Highly recommend.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in this area, Halvorsen House is the place to choose! Just a few minutes from the north entrance of Letchworth, it gave us a perfect landing place each evening. Tons of great space inside and outside for either gathering or spreading out. We enjoyed breakfast on the deck and ending our evening around the firepit. Thank you for giving us such a comfortable and clean home for our visit!

Beautiful Location

This property is absolutely beautiful inside and out! I loved the trail they have and the flower garden they have for the bees.We stayed there the weekend of our wedding and we were 100% impressed. Our grandchildren loved the outside games that were available to them. We will definitely book this property again

Fall vacation

This home was well maintained and wonderful amenities. We where visting Letchworth State Park and this property was so close to the park. We would stay here again.

Great location and wonderful property

The property is very clean and organized. We had everything we needed and more. It is perfectly located less than 2 miles from the Castile entrance to Letchworth State Park. After two long days in the park, it was wonderful to have such a nice deck and outdoor furniture to relax on!

House was spotless and very nicely furnished. Yard and deck were beautiful. Lawn mowed and flowers were very nice. Would recommend the house if you were going to stay in that area.

Celebrated my husbands birthday

This was a very nice place and well equipped. We came to explore Letchworth Park and it was conveniently located close to it. We would definitely stay here again and tge host helped us with any questions we had. Highly recommend stating here

Family gathering

Great spot for us to gather Went to letchworth. Enjoyed property snd played gsmes, had bbqs. Spotless. AC worked well, spacious, kitchen well equipped. We would return.

Host Pat was very nice. We had toilet flush issue in one of the toilets in the evening , her husband came to property within half hour and fixed it . It was very pleasant to sit on nice patio in the evening . Very clean property . We wish there was an insta pot in the kitchen. Nice experience overall

Coming home

My husband is originally from the area. Price was right.The property and the amenities were wonderful. The hosts were available for any questions we had. Super clean. Really enjoyed the fire in the backyard. Letchworth state park in the fall is amazing. Also took a day trip to Niagara Falls. Nexttime maybe we'll see a movie at the nearby drive in!

Very easy to communicate with Pat. We were able to check in before 3 pm. The house is great for us seniors because it is just one floor. Beds comfy. Bathrooms clean. Towels good. We were able to walk around the property. House is 3- 6 minutes drive to the Letchworth State Park. I hope the property is available next year around 2-3rd week of October.

Evening better coming again…

We are repeat visitors to this house that I always call a lovely gem. It’s always nice to know everything is there when we arrive. The owner Pat is always quick to response if needed quickly if you have a question. Very nice place to stay if your there to visit Letchworth or just the area. The house is equipped with everything you would need, firepit, AC, gas grill, cable and nice deck to eat outside on and very clean. Always an A+ visit, that’s why we come back. Great from the beginning to the end...

Our family visits Letchworth and the area all the time. This house was a lovely gem to stay at, our family of 4 had all the space we needed. We had a wonderful time from the beginning to the end. Very clean and everything needed was available. It had a nice grill and firepit out back (didn’t get time to use it), but it was ready to go if needed. The beds were very comfortable, along with the living room furniture. The tv in the master was a plus! Also loved the master bath mirror lighting for make-up. :) Enjoyed speaking with the owner. She answered any questions I had prior and during our stay quickly. We will definitely be returning when we visit again. Thanks again!

Great location for Letchworth Park

The owners definitely designed the house and yard for maximum enjoyment with deck furniture, fire pit and walking trail. The yard is large and well-kept for outside games. The house has an open area so there is no cramped feeling. The 3 bedrooms are good sizes with closets to store suitcases while staying there. The owners quickly respond to any questions or concerns. We will definitely will enjoy another stay here.
