Resort Attractions offers beautifully furnished (1 & 2 bedroom) condos on Lake Conroe featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a private waterfront balcony view. If your passion is water sports, fishing, golf, tennis, swimming or just relaxing, our luxurious units are well within reach of these activities!

Your amenities include a resort swimming pool, lakeside basketball and tennis courts, covered playground for the little ones, access to a covered and well-lit community fishing pier, boat ramp, and available ships for hire.

If you have a special occasion such as a birthday, wedding, anniversary, family holiday, reunion or get-together, we can add wine, flowers or any touch for your special occasion upon request (costs apply).
Please note, our property does not allow pets.

Great Weekend Getaway

Check-in was very easy, with the host meeting me at the location with all the info I could need. The condo looked exactly like the pictures. The sound of the water at night was completely calming. I would definitely stay again.

Overall nice, will likely stay at this resort again despite initial issues

Let me start by first saying that everything was pretty great with this property and check in and out process was flawless. We'll definitely stay here or in another unit again most likely. That being said the only reason we're giving it a 4 star instead of 5 is because after we initially booked the room, one of the "hosts" or managers reached out saying that they were requiring a 3 night stay due to the hiday(july 4th) vs what we booked which was a 2 night stay. I was initially frustrated as this was not disclosed to us at the time of booking. I will say that they did come back to me and say we will honor the 2 night booking as agreed but just the fact that that happened at all felt very shady and threw us an initial "panic" after booking. But once it was expressed that there were no issues i didnt worry. Then, about a week or less before our trip there, we got another message about a 3 night minimum and again i was fairly frustrated. It felt like no one had listened and then after reading it, it felt like an automated message. I came to find it later that it was an automated msg the 2nd time and the host that met with us at check in(jim) apologized profusely, which i appreciated. We did not get charged anything extra so in the end there were no issues other then that. All in all a great property with a great view. I would only suggest an upgraded and larger tv in the main room(but thats just me cause i like having something on in the background).

We did have a three day minimum for the holiday weekend, VRBO ignored our holiday rule set and ended up placing a normal today booking. We still allowed the guests to stay honoring the mixup, even though we lost money and it’s sad to see that we got a four star for this.

We chose the Seven Coves area of Lake Conroe for two primary reasons; the convenience of a perfect lake front location in a popular vicinity and its distance away from the hustle & bustle of the big city traffic. Our location boasts a large list of amenities including a resort swimming pool, lakeside basketball and tennis courts, covered playground, access to a covered and well-lit community fishing pier, boat ramps, and our local convention sites.
