The property was as described on the listing. The beds were comfortable and the house was well appointed. The host also had provided beach chairs and beach towels which was an extra touch. Our home was in a great location near to everything. I would recommend a vacation here to anyone.

Wonderful house in a great resort. Property is exactly as described and Eric is very responsive to questions. We had six people and the house was the perfect size for us. We liked the location within Sandestin being so close to the Wharf, Publix, and other shops. The golf cart drive to the beach was very enjoyable for us. Having two golf carts was a huge bonus!

Owner easy to communicate with. House was exactly as described. It’s fun to watch the golfers on the back porch. Super nice to have 2 golf carts and that he allows pets. Loved the extra beach chairs at the house. Will book here again

Quiet and Comfortable Vacation

The home was beautifully decorated, clean, and had all amenities we were looking for. Also, the location was excellent. Just a close walk to the Village and two golf carts made getting to the beach a snap. Thanks to Eric for giving us an awesome stay at Sandestin!

Highly recommend this house! It was very clean and organized. Great neighborhood and the proximity to the beach and local restaurants is perfect for the golf carts. Eric (the owner) was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Will definitely be back! 6 star review if I could!!!!

Excellent stay

Location is perfect. Very short golf cart ride to the pool, beach, Baytowne Wharf, Grand Boulevard. House is very nice. Driveway is only big enough for one car and 2 golf carts. Cannot use the garage. Had a small issue with one of the golf carts not charging, but the owner replaced it two days later with a different one. Beach supplies and plenty of kitchen supplies available.

Great location and space for all

We spent 10 days in this house in early January. The space is just as described. Eric was easy to communicate with and responsive to our questions and issues. It was great to have two golf carts for getting around the community, to the beach, the tennis courts and to various shopping areas and restaurants in the area. Even the grocery was accessible by golf cart, which was convenient. We would definitely return!

Overall we were disappointed in this rental. It was pet friendly that was a huge plus. The owner was timely on his responses to the problems/situations we encountered. It is in desperate need of a deep clean.

A Luxurious Sandestin Gem!

This property is A+ to say the least! I looked for hours for the perfect place in Sandestin for my group of 8 and this one was perfect. A bathroom for every room, 2 six-seater golf carts, plush furniture, beds, and bedding, spacious rooms, high-end kitchen, washer and dryer... I'm not sure what more you could possibly want?! (Beds are super comfy!) Eric's instructions for check-in, check-out, and everything in between, were spot on and easy to follow. Something I loved that other properties don't always provide, was plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry pods. The only essentials we had to buy were paper plates, and that was just our preference, as there were plenty of dishes for use. Also, there is a small garage full of beach items for your use! I can't say enough about this property and Eric! And, of course, the Sandestin Resort and all it's close amenities included with your rental (pools, restaurants, groceries, and the beach) were amazing, as always! We will definitely be looking for Eric's properties for our future trips to the emerald coast!

Girls trip!

We had a great time. The beds were all comfortable from the mattresses to the sheets.we all slept great. It’s convenient to everything. The two golf carts were more than we needed and were so fun. Super easy to get to the beach with plenty of beach chairs, noodles, umbrellas etc. the only negative was that it had to end! We hope to come back!!
