Experience the charm of historic Panama City in our cozy cottage

Welcome to the Gwaltney Historical House Cottage, a quaint and comfortable guest house located in the heart of Panama City’s historic district. Our cottage is just 300 feet from the serene and beautiful Saint Andrew’s Bay, where you can enjoy the sound of the waves, the sight of the birds, and the feel of the sand. You can also stroll over to Beck Street or St Andrew's Bay Park at the OAKS, where you can find charming shops, cafes, and restaurants.

We are located next to the bay and our cozy little town of St Andrews Bay, where locals walk along the pier, shop and window shop in our little town, a peaceful experience after coming back from the busy Gulf side. There is a park to walk your dogs or take the kids. Just a short drive to the Beaches and excitement.

Three massive 100-year-old OAKS adorn the property covered in Spanish Moss with Norman Rockwell vibes. Enjoy while you sit on the porch, the Beauty of our very own historic 9th Street and the most famous tropical gardens in Panama City right across the street. You won't find this beauty on any other street in Panama City,

Cozy, quaint, bay access just 50 yards away, claw foot tub, King bed, Queen fold-out, a comfy sofa, and recliners with full kitchen very welcoming. We have an outdoor shower in the summer and a pool. Lounge around in the front yard for people watching in our little town of St Andrew's where the locals ride their bikes, walk their dogs. Head to the farmers market at the end of 9th st for some good 'ol local flavor. We have fast WiFi, an assortment of channels Netflix, Prime, Paramount, Peacock, Discovery +, and more. Don't miss this one-of-a-kind historic district cottage.

Our cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay. You’ll have your own private cottage seperate and away from the main home, parking space, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living area. You’ll also have access to our lovely garden, where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air. We are pet-friendly as well.

Fantastic spot if you love traveling with your dogs!The dog beach at Pier park is 15 min away.Very cosy cottage, Paula the host is great!We will definitely be returning!

I loved staying here. I had my 3 small dogs with me and their was no issue. BaY half block down and they loved it. Pool was so relaxing and great weather. Room was clean and all you can need is in there. Host is very nice, always available, and such a accommodating person. will be coming soon again

Everything was perfect!! Paula & Allen are amazing. I would not hesitate to rent again. They are very hospitable & friendly. The little blue cottage will forever be in my heart. That bed is a lifesaver. The comforts and accommodations are perfect. BOOK IT DON'T WAIT, JIST DO IT, promise u won't find better.

Super cute place, very comfortable bed and bedding, nice shower, hot and good pressure, great communication with host! Some notes to others: know the pool will not be your own at all times. Owner did have out of town company which may have caused us to have more regular use of the pool without company. Front porch sitting area was pretty public and close to the road, so felt like we needed to be dressed, lol. In all, affordable, well thought out, safe area and nice, friendly folks!

We're sorry you felt like the pool was not available. We don't have any company all year and our family happened to here that week. Apologies, but the pool is for only guests and me, typically I do not disturb my guests. Thanks for the nice review.

Paula and alan are the absolute best hosts we have ever had so much to say about them everything they made so convenient for us they are the most honest and fun people we have ever met they absolutely made our vacation there home is incredible everything described was spot on !!!!!! We have made life long friends definitely we are already making plans to stay again in october love this place and these hosts thanks again for the hospitality

This little blue cottage was so clean and cozy. The bed was amazingly comfortable and soft with the softest sheets and pillows. We had planned to get up early each day and stay out late but that bed had us in a choke hold. So much we looked up the sheets online. The area was beautiful and great location. We always felt safe. The neighbors yard across the street was so beautiful. The owners were so nice and accommodating. I cant recommend this place enough and plan on coming back soon.

Great Location; Cozy Feel

Situated amidst beautiful St. Andrews Bay, this property has it all - great owners/care givers, close to parks & recreation, historic walkways, beaches and more. Will definitely be returning if we get the chance.
