Harry's, Euphemia Hay, Lazy Lobster all less than a mile. Six-7 minute walk to beach. The house has all new furniture and has been completely updated. Open concept. All bedrooms have TV, room darkening shades and very comfortable mattresses. Beautiful outdoor screened in porch with TV and grill, dining room table and ping pong table. Tenant also has full access to Cedar's Racquet Club across street with pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, gym and free bike rental. Fully furnished. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook, bake, entertain. Perfect for small family or two couples. Fenced in backyard so dogs welcome.

Very lovely stay. My husband recently retired and it was just the right place to relax and unwind.The location is directly across the street from a tennis club with swimming pool. Though it was chilly for Florida in January my husband found some days to make use of the pool with the pass. Because the tennis courts are clay so we didn’t hardly notice any tennis court sounds. We made use of the beach and beach chairs on quite a few days even if we had to bundle up. We enjoyed our sunsets on the beach. Close walk to the beach for us and also close walk to Joan M Durante park we made use of daily. There are board walks the connect you through the tennis court club if you don’t really want to walk on the road to and from the house.The house has very many of the things you would need to make your stay easier. Well stocked for most things. We enjoyed the openness of the main area and the three bedrooms were nice to choose from. The downstairs screened area is wonderful on those warmer days. We used it mostly for outdoor but free relaxing and games. The fenced in area in the back was nice for grassy area for pets. Very friendly and responsive host. Highly recommend.

The property was very clean. Short walk past the condos to the beach, wonderful for sunrise yoga.However, host did not send info on entering the property until about2 hours after check in. (I reached out by phone, email and VRBO app) and I was charged for both glasses and knives, but did not damage or steal either. Seems like the host may have better things to do then to deal with occupants. So long as you get the insurance and aren't eager to enter the dwelling you will absolutely LOVE this stay. Well equipped, clean and close to beach.

Great place to stay in Sarasota

Great place to stay on the LBK. Large 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. There is also shower outside. The house has everything you need to feel comfortable - well equipped kitchen, large screen TV, recreation room with table tennis, grill.Location is also great - just 6 minutes walk to the neartest beach, 2 minutes walk to the club with tennis courts and 25 meters swimming pool. St Armand Circle just 15 minutes away.Shelley, the owner, is always available if there are any questions. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect family getaway

We choose Longboat Key as we went with my parents over 20 years ago and decided to take mom for her 80th birthday. It's a great getaway. The house is adorably beach themed and easily slept the 5 of us with room to spare. the host was very responsive to our questions and anything we needed was there. We will be back. Thanks for making our mom's 80th memorable. Harry's has the best Key Lime pie and you can walk there! Also beach access is very easy once we found the gate ;) Sunsets are gorgeous. Thank you!

Perfect stay

The house was perfect for our needs (Family with three teenagers) ! Enough spacious, well equipped and nicely decorated. It was great, that we could use the Tenniscourt and swimmingpool nearby. Especially we appreciated, that we could use the beach equipment.

Couldn’t be better!!!!

Living in different states, we have been dreaming of a family reunion for some time. Going to The Blue House (as my grandkids call it) was the best decision we could have made. The place is just lovely, the location perfect, and there was nothing that we might need and not find within it. It is cozy, clean and welcoming. Looking forward for our 2024 Summer Reunion at The Blue House

Perfectly Relaxing

The house and property were clean, spacious, plenty of beach equipment available to use even though we brought our own. The outside shower was perfect after a day at the beach which was a quick 7 minute easy walk. The resort amenities were easy to use. My son checked out a bike and the kids enjoyed the pool on a couple evenings that they didn't want to go to the beach. The sunsets were amazing and different every evening and the house is a quick convenient drive to anything you need while still being away from the hustle of crowds. Quiet, perfect, relaxing vacation. And Shelley was very quick to respond to any questions.

Amazing house!

The house was absolutely perfect! We stayed here with two friends and two babies under 2, and the house couldn’t have worked out better. Very spacious, clean, with all needed house items. The large room on the first floor was perfect for hanging in once the babies went to sleep upstairs. It’s located right across from Cedars which we had access to and used a lot- pool, tennis, pickle ball, etc. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking this house again!!

We really loved this property. It’s on a quiet street and is a very short walk to the beach and a few restaurants. The property is very clean and has nice space. The space underneath is great for a BBQ and watching a game.

First time in LBK

This was our first time staying in LBK and we loved it! The house was perfect for our family of 5. We had everything we needed to make meals and plenty of room to watch movies & play games on Christmas. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, amazing sunsets & top notch restaurants

We spent an awesome long weekend on LBK & felt like it was our home away from home! Definitely want to return for a longer stay!! Kids, dogs & adults were are thrilled with the accommodations. We loved Shore & Euphemia Haye. Will definitely be back 🏝️

Great newly renovated property

We really enjoyed our time at LBK and this property. The owner's are very responsive and easy to work with. Exceptionally clean with easy access to the beach and amenities at Cedar's East next to the location.

WOW - 100% coming back

The house is amazing. All very new and super cozy. The family had an amazing week. Shelley is a super host, always available to help. The club across the street is really cool and the restaurant is excellent. literally 7 minutes walking distance to the beach with stunning sunsets. The lower area of the house with the barbecue is perfect for gathering friends and having fun. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!
