Upstairs features a fully renovated living area, 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen features a spacious walk in pantry, all new appliances including a 4 burner gas range and washer&dryer in a convenient location.

Relax outside on the screened in porch while enjoying the view of the channel or watch TV and enjoy a beverage.

The house is available to enjoy for weekly Sunday to Sunday rentals during the months of June, July, August and the beginning of September (minimum 7 night stay). September 12 - April 30 nightly rates available.

Note: Your safety matters. There is a ring doorbell security camera located next to the front door facing out along with a camera under the house and bar area. They do not look into any interior spaces.
