Nice Ocean View 1bed room, full kitchen, near Waikiki Beach! Rooftop pool&BBQ.

Our beautifully remodeled 1 bed room unit with a split ACs is located in the Pacific Monarch with a balcony and awesome ocean views! It's only a few steps away from the famous Waikiki Beach, shopping, and restaurants. The unit has a full kitchen with all kitchen essentials. We provide quality shampoo/conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, a set of towels per guest, coffee and tea, sugar and cream, and some Hawaiian treats. 2 beach chairs, beach towels, body board, tennis rackets & balls, etc are also provided. The maximum occupancy is 4 people, but all depends of the age and size of each guest as the unit offers only 2 beds (1 queen size bed in the bedroom and 1 full *queen as of 8/22/25* size sofa bed in the living room). We also provide a mattress topper for the sofa bed for your comfort (stored in the bedroom closet with a clean sheet).

Building amenities include a swimming pool, hot tub, sundeck, picnic and BBQ area on the rooftop with 360 degree of beautiful views. Coin operated laundry is located on the 3rd floor (PODS provided in the unit, quarters can be purchased at the front desk).

The unit is recently renovated. It's bright & clean. You will enjoy awesome ocean views!

It's a fantastic place, the room and everything was very clean. My children enjoyed their stay and we didn't need to rent or buy any beach accessories; towels, chairs, toys, and children's surfboards were all available for us. Unfortunately, I couldn't use the safe because we found it locked. The parking is a bit small but not included in the rental price and needs to be paid for separately. The pool is excellent with beautiful views of the city and the beach. The only problem is that both grills don't work properly and they are missing parts that definitely need to be upgraded or replaced. We will definitely return there on our next trip.

Our family of four very much enjoyed our stay in the condo worked out perfectly for us. The location was perfect being so close to the beach, several wonderful food trucks, shave, ice, locations, and restaurants. The amenities were fantastic with the outdoor pool that gets plenty of sun during the day and looks amazing at night with an incredible view of the sunset and ocean. The hot tub, barbecue grills, cornhole, lounge area, and pool table with such a great view of the mountains and ocean were amazing. The condo was perfectly clean and the beach towels and equipment was so helpful to not have to pack or rent much. Our adult kids did not complain at all about the pull out sofa bed. The bedroom was also comfortable and had a separate AC unit and patio door to a small balcony which was nice because several other units we have stayed in did not. The only items that we would have appreciated or that would be helpful if we stayed again would be basic spices in the kitchen and an ice bucket with a lid. Important: It is important that you do not rent an SUV like a Tahoe or Suburban because it will not fit in the parking garage due to height and it is very hard to find parking elsewhere. The minivan and standard SUV fit fine.

Nice clean place, excellent location. Needs new mattress! Lumpy, hard, made me sore. All small, flat pillows. Need choices of bigger fluffier pillows to give more support. Clean, had most everything we needed, good ocean view, close walk to ocean, lots of restaurants, shopping, music close by. Panorama view from roof and nice pool. Food across the street very good. I would stay here again

Had a great stay! Nice ocean view of Waikiki beach with plenty of space for a family of 3. Rooftop pool and spa was a nice break with great views. Very close to the action and restaurants, with great food trucks within a block. Parking on site. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful week in Waikiki

My husband and I along with an 18 y/o stayed in this unit for 1 week. Brother in laws family of 5 were in another unit but we were able to gather in ours for dining and watching movies together. Loved the ocean view which would be seen from the main living /dining / kitchen area and also from the bedroom. Kitchen had everything we needed. Made use of the provided beach chair, towels, umbrella boogie board and inflatable floats. Loved that laundry soap was provided as we used the downstairs laundry facility twice during the week. Location is 2 blocks from the beach and there are many dining options close by.

Perfect size. Super close to the beach - less than 2 minutes. ABC store 1 minute away. Good size fridge. Very comfy couch bed with extra foam bed.Loved the beach towels boogie board and beach chairs!!!

The view is beautiful! Great location. Mayu (the host) was extremely responsive and prompt with all issues. Room was not cleaned as well as I expected, but it was a great stay for the price.

Great property

We had a very pleasant stay. The location is incredible, so close to the beach. The owner is very easy to reach and replies fast. The apartment is not recent but it is well maintained and clean. The building is secure with access through keycards. Very friendly front desk staff.

Amazing view and close to the beach. Host was easy to contact when we had a small issue with check in. Wish the pool would’ve been opened as expected when booked but otherwise a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Location and view!

Loved our 10 day stay! Can’t beat the central Waikiki location and the view and light that floods this corner unit is beautiful. Kitchen is very small, closer to a kitchenette, balcony is narrow and the unit obviously gets lots of use. It’s well cared for though and everything worked. Garage was easy to navigate, shower was great, as was the bed (firm). Sofa needs replacing but was ok. Really appreciated the boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas! Front desk staff were helpful and laundry area worked well too. Rooftop patio was under construction so the pool was closed, but the bbq/hot tub area was open and absolutely beautiful. My husband loved the sauna too. Thanks for a great stay!

Aloha Friends and welcome to my vacation rental unit. My name is Mayu, and I’m the host of this unit. A little bit about myself just so you would feel comfortable by knowing who I am and would feel much more welcomed.
I’m originally from Japan and have lived in Hawaii for about 17 years. My husband Allen and I have a few restaurants in Waikiki. We have a 6 year-old daughter Myla and enjoy going to the beaches and swimming in the pool as a family.
Believe it or not, my first vacation when I was still in Japan was 20 years ago here in Hawaii, and my friends and I stayed at Pacific Monarch! We loved how we could walk to the Waikiki Beach, soak in the jacuzzi on the rooftop after hours of surfing, and were able to grab food easily. Pacific Monarch is not the newest building; but I know it has been well kept and managed for a long time. As a host of one of the many units here, I’m committed to maintaining my unit clean, bright, and easy to stay for my guests. I am very blessed to be able to share all it has to offer with you and truly hope you will have a fun and relaxing time while you are in this Aloha State!
