We had a fantastic time and loved our stay at this Princeville home. It was perfect for our family of 5. Location, space, layout, decor, amenities...it was exactly what we were looking for. This was also the most well-stocked home rental we have ever stayed in. The owners thought of everything, from kitchen needs to beach gear and more. All was well-labeled and easy to access. We'd definitely be back next time we come to Kauai!

House was excellent. Not only was it clean, organized and comfortable, it was meticulously stocked with everything you could need for your stay and adventures. The garage was a great hangout and the outdoor shower refreshing after a day at the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for families!

This house is a perfect get away! It was a busy time to visit the island but this house was a perfect escape! The neighborhood is quiet and the house perfectly set up for family time. We had ping pong tournaments and game nights in between beach trips. The house had everything needed for a great beach day and relaxing evenings! Highly recommended!!!

A true home with Aloha spirit as the perfect house --- A True Home with the Aloha Spirit

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed in this lovingly designed home, and the Aloha Spirit was palpable. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, making meal preparation a pleasure. The bedroom with air conditioning was especially comfortable, ensuring restful nights. A special highlight was the Google Favorite Spots, which we could conveniently access via QR code. These recommendations truly enhanced our stay, particularly the beach suggestions. Thanks to them, we found the perfect beach for our kids. The garage with all the equipment for a perfect beach day was the cherry on top. Everything we could possibly need was there. It's a shame we live so far away, otherwise, we would return every summer to stay in this exact house. A big thank you to the hosts!

A comfortable home away from home

This vacation home was beautiful, clean and thoughtfully stocked. It had everything and cleverly had places for sand and wet stuff coming home from the beach. My only negative comment is that it was so hot. Not having a/c in the back rooms in mid August is tough and not being able to run the a/c while you are out and having the house shut up all day is tough. I’m sure for other months this house is great and it’s not issue. Great place otherwise!

The Perfect House

This house and location was awesome. We loved that everything was labeled! The garage was set up perfect for teenagers. And lots of amenities. Definitely recommend this house!

North side stay

House was beautiful and clean. Well appointed kitchen. Lots of extra’s in the garage. Plenty of coolers, boogie boards, surf boards. Plenty of games for the evenings. Would definitely recommend

Comfortable house and great location

We had a great stay at the Hawaiian Bungalow. Our family of 6 (all adults) fit comfortably. We appreciated how well-appointed the house is - we had everything we needed to cook most of our meals there. The game room has lots of equipment to borrow (surf boards, simple snorkel gear, beach chairs) that made our visit SO much easier and economical. We would definitely come back!

Wonderful Stay

This property was perfect for our family vacation. It slept 7 of us comfortably. It was in a beautiful neighborhood, close to several beautiful spots! The best part was how well supplied it was with all the things you could need. The game room/garage was great for kids and had plenty of beach gear! I don’t think you could find a better rental.

Wonderful place

Very nice place, we really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice place on the north side. The rental had some of the basics when we arrived (trash bags, TP, soap, etc) which was a nice touch as sometimes we find we need to run out to the store immediately upon arrival. We made use of the snorkel masks and boogie boards that were in the garage and we left some snorkel fins we bought and didn’t want to pay to haul back home. Princeville is a bit far from the south side of the island, which made for a few long days as we drive Waimea canyon and did a Na Pali sunset sailing tour that left from Hanapepe, but this was a beautiful north side rental.

Excellent spot for family!

We stayed with our family of three and extended family for a month in January. The house was comfortable, well stocked, and an excellent launch point for the beach! The extra touches of beach towels, toys, surf boards, etc made the whole experience easy and fun :)

Beautiful Neighborhood with all the charm

This was the best VRBO we've ever stayed in. The hosts thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and convenient. The game room was a hit with our teens. The location was so close to everything. We hope to come back!

Great Birding Location

This comfortable home was a perfect location for our birding activities. It had all of the amenities we needed. We were able to find some very delicious restaurants close by and elsewhere on the island. Next time we hope to stay longer than a few days.

Location! Location! Location! Nestled in the Heart of Princeville. This home is a joy to experience inside and outside. The floor plan is ideal for families or couples. We love the vaulted ceilings and a rare amenity, the Air Conditioning! The windows allow natural light to brighten the home giving it a lovely energy by day. Step outside and star gaze by night.

The Outdoor Shower is a real treat..! We enjoy the gas bbq grill and dining at the outside picnic table. This is a corner lot location and therefore only one neighbor on the back side of the home. This lends itself to a wrap-around yard for playing or just enjoying the tropical breezes lounging outside the home. A well equipped kitchen awaits your culinary adventures. The new appliances are a real treat.
