Three bedrooms with 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 3 full bathrooms, 2 lanai spaces, washer and dryer in unit, 2 car garage, upgrades throughout, beautifully decorated, close to resort amenities.

Wow! You will not be disappointed in this great Nihilani condo! Decorated throughout beautifully with an island flare and loaded with nostalgic pieces to set the mode for your island retreat! Upgraded finishes are sure to please. This kitchen is loaded with everything you will need and accommodate whatever meal you can dream up. The layout is designed so that everyone has their own space. The two lanai spaces allow for some outdoor living and the pool is conveniently located close by. The 2 car garage is a bonus and is stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach cooler and more. Feel like taking a bike ride through the pathways of Princeville? The four bicycles are a fun amenity not found in most condos for your use (signed waiver required). The North shore is home to many pristine beaches, adventurous hiking trails, an array of water activities, the famous Hanalei Bay and sunsets like no other. Oh and did I mention the rainbows!

Very comfortable, beautifully furnished and plenty of space for 6 adults. Kitchen was amazingly well-equipped. We also appreciated the beach gear, bikes, snorkeling equipment and plenty of beach towels.

Painless check in. Nice property. Close to the shared pool and grills. I enjoyed having my morning coffee on the Lanai. The one main downside is the parking. Garage parking is required and it was tough to fit two cars in the garage. Also the angle of entry is a bit difficult but I got used to it. Wouldn’t be an issue if you only have one car.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as bikes, beach gear and garage parking! Princeville is lovely, but unfortunately it rained for our entire stay.

Amazing stay! Everything was perfect. Loved the boogie boards and beach towels and bikes, such a comfortable and lovely space, and the most comfortable beds! Great communication, too.

From the moment we walked in, we knew we were at home. The condo was more than comfortable for our stay and had everything we needed to cook delicious meals and enjoy ourselves to the fullest, from boogie boards, snorkel gear, coolers, and a shop vac to get the sand out of our rental car. We would love to return!

Same property managers as the Poipu unit that we rented. Appreciated the gift from the property managers - a welcome touch! This lovely 3 bed 3 bath unit in Princeville was spacious and beautiful! We loved the location to explore the North side of Kaua’i, and being so close to Hanalei. Great to have a Foodland nearby for groceries, so many walking and running paths - bicycles were also available - but we ran out of time this visit to use them. We all appreciated have our own bathrooms, and the lovely porch off the living/dining area was terrific to have. Loved our visit and stay here too - special family visit together! We will be back!
