The Grove on Main, Casita with Oversized Patio

Modern renovation with historic charm. Three minute walk to Old Town shopping, wineries, live music and fine dining. Two fully remodeled homes unlike any other in Cottonwood situated on an oversized, private lot ideal for entertaining. 15 minutes to Jerome and 20 minutes to Sedona. This is the Grove on Main!
The space
This listing is for The Grove on Main's 2BD/1BA Casita.
There is also a 3BD/2.5BA home located at The Grove. If you'd like to book both of our homes together, please look for "The Grove on Main in Old Town Cottonwood, 2 Homes" online.

Our Casita includes the very best of amenities: a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, AC/Heat, programmable Nest Thermostat, Tuft & Needle Mattresses, a Smart TV, strong WiFi and a pack and play for your little ones :).

Private Front Yard Patio:
Create memories in our brand new, fully landscaped front yard that includes a covered, oversized dining room table (seats 12), Weber BBQ gas grill, corn hole set, ping pong table and a cozy fire pit. Take this all in while smelling fresh citrus growing in one of ours many fruit trees from white oleanders that surround The Grove. If the 3BD/2.5BA Casita is booked during your stay, the patio would then be a shared space.

We're happy to share our recommendations for local companies who can assist with booking ATV rentals, wine tasting, boarding the Verde Canyon Railroad, horseback riding, kayaking the Verde River and so much more!

Our stay was fabulous. The location is perfect for old town cottonwood. The house and rooms were all perfectly cleaned and ready for our visit. Exceptional property for our little Papillion (dog) Totally fenced. Property host was superb very responsive. I have very little negative to say we only had two issues. There was only one issue, the Wi-Fi got unplugged in the main house. Lora took care of it as soon as possible. Suggestions; a sidewalk from the parking pad to the Casita. Coat hooks by the door. More wine glasses since we’re in wine country.

Fantastic 2BR in a perfect location 2 blocks from DT. We had a great time and enjoyed DT Cottonwood. We'll absolutely stay here again!

Great Stay

The place was very clean, beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the neighborhood was quiet and easy to get in and out of, and the location in general was perfect. Not far from Sedona and several state parks. My friend and I walked to old town Cottonwood several times for the restaurants and shops. I’m would stay again if coming to the area.

Week in Cottonwood

The property was clean and appliances seemed new and decor was cute and modern. Multiple ceiling fans were a nice touch. Appreciated the lights on the patio when we were walking home in the dark. Excellent location for us as we were taking various hikes daily in different directions. Loved being able to walk to old town for drinks and dinner in the evenings just a block away. Very good dining at a fraction of the Sedona prices. We were apprehensive when we first arrived as the neighborhood looked like it could be questionable but it was quiet and we never had any issues. The "fence" around the green space helped with privacy. It was not clear to me when booking that the green space was shared with another rental but that was not an issue either. We would return!

Great locationa - cute place!

We enjoyed our stay in Cottonwood! This place was very close to Old Cottonwood (walking distance to shops, coffee, restaurant etc.) Nicely furnished and quiet. Thank you!

Great little house in the perfect location!

Wonderful vacation house.

Perfect place for our family. It is a shared yard but we hardly saw our neighbors. The kids loved the ping pong and corn hole outside. Full kitchen and laundry. The two beds in the one room was perfect for our family and very comfortable . The bathroom is wonderful with a large tub. It is very clean with everything needed. Short walk to downtown and donut shop! Only recommend a little larger indoor table to play cards or games on. Large outdoor table but it was a bit cold for our stay outside.

Great stay!

We are a well-traveled family and have stayed in many places. This was definitely a gem. Nicely decorated, comfortable and had all the necessities. The kids enjoyed the ping pong and outdoor area. We were planning to have a fire in the fire pit, however it was too wind but glad we had the option. Lora was very easy to reach with any questions and quick to respond. Walking distance to downtown, 15 minutes or so from Jerome and about 30 to Sedona. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and atmosphere

We loved being so close to cottonwood downtown to walk to the shops, eat and explore. It was super close to Jerome and Clarkdale for our excursions. It was very clean and a great space to relax after our adventures!

Adorable and Clean

Great stay! I was nervous because it shares a property with another place but it doesn’t feel and different than having a neighbor. Super clean and well taken care of and not a bad drive to Sedona!

Cottonwood GetAway

This unit is one of the best we have booked! The use of space is functional and very well done. It has everything you could ask for. It is stocked beyond belief - just look in the cabinet with dishes :-) We would definitely stay here again! 10 Stars!

Perfect weekend getaway spot!

This house was perfect for us. We were able to walk to downtown for dinner and breakfast and even walked to Belfry one evening for a couple drinks and live music. My kids loved the yard as it had space for the Cornhole and bocce sets and wished they'd had time to take advantage of the table tennis. The evening and morning was perfect on the patio with the large tree and twinkle lights, it was such a great getaway!
