“Divers Inn” on The Rainbow River

Located in Rio Vista neighborhood with the Rio vista Park right on the River. FREE use of the kayaks, golf cart and tubes. Divers Inn on the Rainbow River, one of the best springs in Florida to scuba, snorkel, tube or kayak. Or hang out at the private 3 acre park, swim, fish or just relax. Volleyball area, grills with pavilions, restrooms and a private boat launch.

Relaxing place on the Rainbow River. Property is located in a neighborhood that is in the middle of the 6+ mile river with a private boat ramp 2 blocks from the home to launch your boat, kayaks or tubes. Sleeps 8 easily.

Free access to golf cart, trailer, kayaks, paddle boards.

Two Bedrooms, two baths with a huge fenced in back yard to lounge by the fire pit in the evening. Patio is screened in for additional enjoyment. Winn Dixie is 5 minutes up the road.

Loss of the boat ramp key is $300.00 replacement.

No Smoking, no parties, no pets.😊🙏

Golf cart is for rides around the neighborhood, adult use only, sorry no kiddos, or grab a bike and cruise leisurely:-)

Great place, great proximity to Rainbow River

Very comfortable beds, and house. Super clean. Quiet area. Host has all the water crafts you need included in your stay. Definitely will stay here again.

Great Stay by the River

Chaz's place is great. It was so clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect. Just a very short distance to the river access. The community park was also very nice. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you so much!

Visit springs see manatees

Was not what I expected. I thought hot tub was on property. Thought it was on the river. Poured 1st day, sunny and cold 2nd day. Couldn't have a fire in the back yard. Very clean however, stocked well.

Fantastic Springs Getaway

Chaz is a great host and the property is as perfect as VRBO gets. The kayaks, river access, the helpful hints about the area. Everything about this place makes our stay special. We just spent our honeymoon here and are bound to come back. Book with this guy!!

Amazing hidden gem

This place is definitely worth checking out! Cleanest place we’ve stayed at! The price is awesome! Chaz was so easy to get a hold of! So close to the water. All the amenities you could need or want! Will definitely be going back!

Great place!

Altho the outside of this house is mediocre to say the best the inside is great. Clean. More than enough space . Attached bathrooms with 1 being a walk in shower which meant a lot to me since I had broken my ankle b4 going there. All amenities. Fans and good a/c. Great lanai but soft cushions fir iron chairs would have been nice. Association access to Rainbow River is huge plus and this house offers all the toys necessary to enjoy the water. I would recommend this place to everyone and don't be put off by the outside!

Great water access property

Great job Chaz on communication and putting in all the right toys at the property. Thanks for the games on the porch, access to TV, great kayaks and paddleboards. Nice touch with the map drawn on the golf cart as you drive around the neighborhood! The six acre, gated park on the river was excellent!

Chaz is an awesome host. We rented both of his properties near the Rainbow River. He had golf carts, bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, and everything you need to have a memorable Rainbow River Experience.

Best river experience

This property has everything you could possibly need and want! Boat rental, golf cart, kayak, SUP, rafts, tons of games and movies! Private river access that is beautiful and well kept to enjoy swimming. We will be back!!! This is a perfect rental for family and friends!!! Communication was great with owner!!!! We loved every minute!!!!!!

Nice and relaxing

Diver's Inn was perfect for our purposes.

Neat and clean. Access to the river was close and the golf cart was a perfect way to get there fast. Electric went out around 5 pm on the 1st night til 1:30 due to a storm. Chaz was happy to make up for the inconvenience although it was no fault of his or the owner's. We really appreciated that and hope to be back again soon.

Great location

This place is perfect for a short stay to enjoy the river. The property has everything you need for a great river vacation and the private boat ramp is a huge plus.

Great place!

This is a great place to stay, it is a short drive on the golf cart to the water. It has everything you need (kayaks, paddle boards and fishing poles). We took advantage of the local attractions (KP hole and the state park). You can also put the kayaks in at the boat ramp and went down river to Blue Run park, you will need someone to pick you up or purchase a shuttle service. If you are getting a rental car, get a pick up. The only thing that too my by surprise was the $25 extra person person/per night for more than 2 people. We had 4 people in our family so I paid an extra $200.

Great Spot!

The area is nice and the home is perfect and fully equipped, set up for life by the river. We used several of the bikes and had fun riding around, the walking trail near the home has wildlife (deers), the river is so relaxing. Used several kayaks. Everything worked great. We cooked several meals and there’s supermarkets very near the home. Thank you Chaz and property manager for setting up such a great little Gem.
