• Modern Comfort: New construction with a small outdoor patio, charcoal grill, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Sleeping Arrangements: Three bedrooms upstairs
• King bedroom with en-suite bathroom
• Two queen bedrooms
• Additional queen-sized floor mattress available in the living room
• Pack n’ Play and High Chair for little ones

Bath Facilities:
• Upstairs: En-suite with walk-in shower + additional bathroom with shower/tub
• Downstairs: Half bathroom

Modern Features:
• High-speed WiFi (300 Mbps+)
• Central AC and heating
• Charming kid’s nook in the “Harry Potter closet”

Parking Information:
• Space for one vehicle in the garage
• Additional spot in front of the garage
• No on-street parking available

Access & Policies:
• Electronic lock with entry code
• 16 stairs to the second floor
• No pets, No smoking
• Long/medium-term renters welcome
• Upon booking we will ask you to provide your license plate, ID, and to sign a Renter’s Agreement
• Production and photography bookings allowed, with a fee and insurance

Great location, close to OSU, shopping and highway to visit pacific coast. The property was very clean, great kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Communication was friendly and helpful.

Great stay!

My family and I stayed here for 3 weeks. The property is as described; comfy, clean, and in a lovely kid-friendly neighborhood. Ellen was very communicative and an overall great host. 10/10 would recommend and we would definitely stay here again.

Quick trip to see our college kids

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful townhouse! It was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. The owners were quick to respond when we made the reservations and checked in via email several times. We will be back for sure!Thank you for opening your home to us.

Highly recommend

We stayed at Boho Vibes for 2 weeks. We had everything we needed and it was in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard was fully fenced, private, and it was very comfortable.

Place is well kept, clean. Everything works and the host is great. Checked in to make sure we were happy and responds quickly. Wonderful experience, well definitely sty here again!

College drop off

I moved my son into OSU, so I stayed here for a few days. Really comfortable property in a nice area. The place was very spacious and had everything I needed. The property manager was in contact to make sure that i was all set. Would certainly stay here again. Thank you!!

Great place to bring your family

The property was clean and inviting. We held Thanksgiving here and brought many of our own supplies, but most of what we needed was already there. The neighborhood is quiet and there was ample parking in the driveway and street for everyone. We also attended the OSU/UO football game, the proximity to campus was nice, not within walking distance, but close enough for a short drive.
