Unwind in a one-bedroom all set up for relaxation. Central air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and an updated interior create a cool and comfortable year-round retreat. Guests of this rental will enjoy access to a shared pool and hot tub during their stay, offering a variety of ways to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. The home itself features a private furnished patio so that guests can enjoy fresh air. The full kitchen is well-equipped for home cooking, with all utensils and major appliances, including a dishwasher. A high-top counter offers seating for three and full meals can be enjoyed at the dining table set for four. Wireless internet, flatscreen smart TVs, and a private washer/dryer round out the modern essentials. Enjoy being close to the beach while in a comfortable haven of your own

Convenient location

Condo is right in the village, walk to shops, dining, tennis and pickle ball. Short drive to the beach. Beautiful pool area right at the condo with heated pool and a hot tub. Condo was very nice, comfortable bed and nice patio. Enjoyed our stay very much.

The house was very nice and clean. The room is right in Baytown so it’s easy to walk around and see all the property has to offer. Easy booking process as well as arrival and accessing the room and all the areas included with the stay. The pool at the pilot house is beautiful.

Shopping weekend

Unit was nice and accommodated myself, husband and 2 grandchildren. Air conditioned worked wonderfully. The only thing is, the sofa sleeper needs to be replaced. When you laid down, you head sunk down and your feet were elevated above your head. The bar toward the top of the bed pressed into your head so you have to scoot down to stop this. Other than this, the unit worked well.

Beautiful neighborhood with plenty to do!

We really enjoyed our stay! Perfect location! Room was beautiful & extremely clean. Well equipped for cooking. All essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels & bath towels were provided. The only 2 problems was the light switch that controls the lamp in the bedroom was broken & the A/C struggled bad to keep up, stayed around 75 most of the time, had it set on 70. We would definitely come back!

Great Get-a-way!

We love this condo. We have stayed there twice now. It has a full kitchen with dishwasher, living room with wall mounted wide screen tv, a dinette just off the living room that will seat 6. It has a large bedroom with king size bed, walk through double vanity and large bathroom with shower stall and bathtub. This unit also has a fenced in private courtyard with table and seating for four along with a very comfortable wicker chair swing. It is also just steps away from all the fun of Baytown Wharf and then Marina Bar & Grill. Highly Recommended!

Our first Vacation

An amazing property. We feel like 117 is our second home. The staff and property management was friendly. It was like staying on a gated secluded island. The condo was clean which was very important to us. We loved it. We will return.

Overall pretty good

We love staying at Baytowne Wharf, it’s our second year to stay there. It was a clean and cute rental. Our main issue was the thermostat. It stayed at about 77 degrees the whole week we were there. We set it down to the lowest it would let us (62 I think) but it would not cool. We found a box fan in the closet and had to keep it blowing on us constantly. We would switch it back and forth from the bedroom to living room during day/night. Being 6 months pregnant, it was a little miserable. Being on vacation and trying to enjoy the pool/beach and coming back to 77 degrees is not fun. Especially when you’re paying a couple thousand. Hopefully they can address this because I can’t imagine what it’s like in July/August vs. May when we stayed. It would be a great rental if it weren’t for this issue. I’ll also add, the bedroom tv is not a smart tv. It’s one of the things we were looking for when deciding on a place. So that was a little disappointing. The living room tv is a smart tv, but you can only access Netflix. We had a series on Hulu we were hoping to watch, but it’s not even an option to download the app. Not a huge issue, we just made it a point to look for rentals with smart tvs and it ended up not being what we expected.
