Cast away your worries and kick back in this lovely studio suite just steps away from the Baytowne Wharf Fishing Pier! When you're not out on the water or enjoying a long, leisurely stroll along the beach just over two miles south, hang out in the suite to watch a good movie or show on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV. For your convenience, there is a microwave, a coffee maker, and a mini-fridge available, plus two queen beds and a bath with a shower/tub combination. Take advantage of the free WiFi to post your favorite memories to your social media or research tomorrow's next adventure. After an invigorating challenge on the community tennis court, take a refreshing dip in the shared pool to cool off with friends. The suite's central AC will ensure everything stays nice and cool on those hot Miramar Beach days!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Weekend stay

We stayed at The Pilot House for a weekend stay. The room was comfortable and as described. Our only issue was with the noise in the hallway and next door. Otherwise, our stay was good.

Short weekend getaway

Beds were comfortable and shower was nice . I'ts really like a hotel room on the first floor. Baytowne was 100 feet away with bars and restaurants walking distance.

Great location, very slim and tight parking in the garage

Great location and easy to walk to and from food and entrainments. But guest services at the condo wasn’t very helpful or easy to access/locate. Also the garage and parking was very tight and hard to get in and out of. Quiet hours are not very quiet or aren’t enforced very well. The air conditioning was very loud when it kicks on. It sounds like a door slamming shut and woke me up several times throughout the night.

Location Location Location!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay with food and shops within walking distance. The drive to the place is beautiful! The room and building was super clean. Everything was super easy to navigate. I will say if you choose this room be aware if you have problems getting in and out of a bath tub. The bath tub in this unit is very deep. On the plus side, if you like to soak after shopping and walking all day, this tub is for you! I will definitely be staying again in the future!

Worth the money

This place was awesome for what we paid. I have never stayed at a place where they have their own entertainment town right outside your door step. That was the best experience to have during the Fourth of July weekend. We didn’t have to drive anywhere and sit in traffic. The only problem we had was the parking in the garage was not enough spaces. We literally had to fight for a space during this holiday. Other than that everything was good. Fireworks show was 15 mins long which was worth the wait. We loved how we could use the private beach access and not have to worry about where to go to get to the beach. The only problem with that is if you use the free Tram transportation then you have to wait a while. We drove ourselves but just had to make sure we made it back to the resort to find parking before it got evening time. Being that it was Fourth of July holiday, I assume it was more packed than normal.
