Flying B Ranch House on 52 acres in Bertram, TX

Newly Updated Property as of February 2025! The Flying B Ranch in Bertram is situated on a private gated 52-acre ranch. Located moments from local wineries, restaurants, and shopping, this property is convenient to Liberty Hill, Burnet, and Austin! The clutter-free home features 6 beds, 2 full baths, a large kitchen, a large living room, and a game room with a queen-sized pull-out couch. The house can comfortably sleep 8 guests in beds and 2 guests on the pull-out couch. There is ample parking at this property which can accommodate large vehicles, trailers, RVs, and campers. There is one 30 amp hook-up for an additional charge. There is no dump station. Enjoy your days and evenings relaxing, watching the wildlife, cows, a donkey, and sunsets by the newly built fire pit. (Firewood is not provided.) The fire pit features 3 swings and 6 Adirondack chairs. The outside screened-in patio features a table with ample seating, a rocking chair, and a Hook 21 game. The patio is a great place to entertain family and friends! The second living area has been set up as an arcade area. We have Steet Fighter ll and Mortal Kombat. We also have tabletop Pac-Man which has 59 additional 1980s games to play! This room has a nice comfy sofa couch that is great for reading books by the window. Guests will sleep on comfortable beds with extra pillows. No matter the weather we have you covered! Additional blankets, pillows, and hangers can be found in the master closet. In the hall closet, you will find a Graco Pack N-Play along with a folding toddler bed. The master closet is spacious and houses an iron, ironing board, hand-held steamer, luggage rack, and a dresser. Bathrooms are stocked with bath towels, makeup remover towels, blow dryers, and toilet paper. There are two brand-new smart TVs and Wi-Fi is provided. You will need to use your own login for Netflix, YouTube TV, etc. The dining table seats 6 and the kitchen island seats 4 people. The living room seats 8+ guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, 3 sets of flatware, knives, steak knives, three sets of dishes, coffee mugs, wine glasses, margarita glasses, hand-mixer, bakeware, mixing bowls, can openers, wine openers, grilling items, lighters, rolling pin, cheese grater, measuring cups/spoons, cutting boards, pizza pans and so much more! There is a Keurig Coffee maker AND a drip coffeemaker. The laundry room provides an extra refrigerator/freezer along with a washer and dryer. There is not an ice maker, but there are ice trays. Board games, puzzles, Lincoln Logs, children's books, dominoes, and blocks can be found in the hall closet. For the last 3+ years. I have worked extremely hard to maintain our 5-star status. You will take a gravel road to our property. G o o g l e Maps will not take you to our property, because it is a private road. W a z e and A p p l e Maps work well. Door codes change with each guest, and the door automatically locks. Guests need to keep their door code handy. Keeping a copy of the code in your car is a helpful tip. Please keep in mind: *This is a peaceful farmhouse on a 52-acre working ranch. Occasionally you will see us checking on the cows, clearing cedar trees, mowing with the tractor, etc. No one will approach the house while guests are staying at the house unless absolutely necessary and with prior notice. *This is a non-smoking, non-vaping rental. There will be a $500.00 fee charged for smoking/vaping in the property. *Pets are not allowed. There will be a $200.00 fee charged for pets brought onto the property. Other fees may be charged for extra cleaning/damage caused by pets. *We do have visible security cameras on the property. There are no cameras inside the home. If you plan to host an event, please see the following: The home only sleeps 10. The following charges are for gatherings. Please contact us BEFORE booking. *A $350.00 additional fee will be charged for gatherings of 11-15 people. *$450.00 additional fee for gatherings of 16-20 people. *$550.00 additional fee for gatherings of 21-30 people. *For gatherings of more than 30 people, please contact us before booking. This fee is for having an event on our property. Additional fees for damage to the property inside or out and/or additional cleaning fees for the property inside and out, will be charged after the event if needed.
