This is a multi-unit property with 2 studio apartments located in the stone building that sits to the right/back side of the house. These units rent separately and have their own deck, firepit and gas grills.

Paradise for outdoor enthusiasts! Lake Junaluska is a 200 acre lake that is home to bald eagles, swans, Canadian geese & more. Year-round golf, tennis, fishing (NC fishing license required) and walking/biking on the 3.8 mile paved path around the lake. Seasonal pool, paddle board & kayak rentals, mini golf, and shuffleboard. Nestled between the Great Smoky Mountains and The Blue Ridge, we’re surrounded by amazing hiking trails and waterfalls.
