Give yourself the break you deserve in this beautiful beachfront condo. You can enjoy a day walking on the beach, take a dip in one of Pinnacle Ports' two pools, or go for a bike ride around the gated Carillon community. Either way, you can not go wrong with this quaint and cozy condo. You have two primary bedrooms, both of which have a full bathroom, and a sofa bed for any friends tagging along on vacation. Off of the living area, you'll find the personal washer/dryer. Return from the beach to snuggle up in the living room and watch a fun movie or sports game on the TV. From the partial beach views to the stone-walled shower, you feel like you're being pampered in the warmest place on earth.

THINGS TO KNOW

Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts.
The office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great location

This is a great spot beach is very nice and not crowded but all the stuff to do is close by. Condo was great.

Cute condo and perfect location. It was on the quiet end of PCB away from crowds. Condo was just steps away from the lake, beach and pool. Condo was clean and well stocked. Perfect size for our family of 6.

Pinnacle Port Years Later

1st time I had stayed at PP since I was a kid, maybe close to 40 years ago. She's been maintained well and it really is a great layout for families over the typical hotel rooms of today. Greatly enjoyed our time back.

The condo is nice, well equipped and all services were excellent… If I were to say anything, the building is very old and could use some maintenance, but not when you get inside it’s been maintained very nicely

Great Location - Needs updates

The unit had a good layout and it was easy to access as it was the first on the left once getting off of the elevators. Saved a lot of time dealing with elevators since I could use the steps for quick trips up and down. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were nice and clean. The living area furniture was worn and uncomfortable, these items should be replaced. I couldn't really use the dishwasher because the detergent door wouldn't open during the wash cycle so there was no soap to clean the dishes - I did them all by hand, not a horrible experience, but would have been nice to have use of the dishwasher. Overall not a bad place to stay, just needs some attention and updates.

Location is great. Plenty of pots and pans. TV in den and both bedrooms. Keurig coffee maker. Floors were free as sand, but still dirty when walked on barefooted needs a thorough cleaning

Best experience

Everything was so clean and worked perfectly. Had a fully stocked kitchen. Air conditioning kept up great. Easy beach and pool access. Short wait time at elevator. Vacasa stayed in contact so great just making sure everything worked out perfectly for us. 10/10 recommend!

Great getaway except...

The pictures and description don't tell you the bedrooms are on a 2nd floor up steep carpeted narrow stairs. For 2 women with arthritis, this was a killer. If I'd realized there were stairs, I'd have moved on to another listing. The quiet hours weren't always adhered to by guests, which was the fault of rude guests.

The complex at Pinnacle Port was nice with great amenities. The beach was very quiet and clean. This particular condo was mediocre at best. The air was not working properly (76 degrees in the condo and muggy), and the unit needs a deep cleaning. The walls/baseboards and air returns were dingy and dirty. When we notified Vacasa about the air, they acknowledged that they knew the air unit was not working properly in the condo and brought a portable air unit to the condo. We also let them know that the coffee maker was not working, but they did not replace the coffee maker during our stay. The bed linens and towels were clean and nice. It is a cute condo with nice furniture. The beds were soft yet firm.

Pinnacle Port

I have vacationed at Pinnacle Port before and enjoyed the stay. Pinnacle was sold out on their website for dates I wanted but Vacasa had a unit. The unit overall was fine although it had a Smokey smell when we arrived. We did have issue with the battery going out on the door lock and no one we called had a master key. After several hours making multiple calls to vacasa (people would tell us they would call it back and then never would) a locksmith was finally sent out and we got in. Vacasa and Pinnacle port were not very helpful and honestly not that apologetic. For as much as we paid I expected more. Not sure we will go back there or not. Definitely will steer away from using Vacasa since it is too hard to get any actual help if you need something.

Perfect and peaceful

The condo, beach & water were beautiful. The Condo was perfect size and had mostly everything we needed. The bedrooms and baths were nice and clean with the exception of the master did need a new shower curtain there was mildew at the bottom. The ice maker worked but the ice had a horrible fish odor which we reported. Staff immediately contacted us back to fix but we just ended up buying ice instead of having them fix while we were there. No big deal. 3 small suggestions that would only make this even better: 1. Put the one bed that is front of the windows with the headboard on the wall to the left when you walk in room to let light in and allow viewing. 2. Move the door on the dryer to open the opposite way. 3. The fan in the 1/2 bath needs adjusting it is rattling really bad. The staff that maintains the complex should clean the pond/waterfall and put better lighting in the elevator areas. We would definitely stay here again.

Incredibly Disappointed

We booked this condo for four nights the first week of August 2023. The reviews were "Excellent" and so was the price. Once we arrived there were multiple concerns with cleanliness. (1) The shower curtain in the primary bathroom was covered in black mold on the bottom, (2) there was debris (plaster?) on the floor of the primary bedroom, (3) trash (empty ointment box) on the credenza in the 2nd bedroom, (4) ceiling fan blades were COVERED in dust, (5) Air vents and return air ducts were FILTHY so much that there was a dirty stain on the wall/ceiling where each were located, (6) crumbs in the cabinets, (7) clothing from the owner or previous guest was left out on the balcony, (8) the vacuum bin was full of dirt, and (9) a huge roach ran across the floor our first morning there (he didn't make it). I have pictures of the vents, shower curtain, and roach. Some or all of this is on the cleaning crew, but the owner should be aware. The place definitely needs a deep clean for the cabinets, vents and fan blades. Our non-cleanliness complaint would the availability of clothing storage for guests. There were no hangers in either of the closets. There are king size beds in each room with no room left for dressers, which is fine but there was also no piece of furniture large enough to place our suitcases on top of and no luggage stands were provided, so our luggage was left on the floor during the duration of our stay.

Overall the unit was very nice and we had a great time. Minor cosmetic needs, such as a hole in the wall by the bed. Only other issue we had was that the hot water in the shower only lasted a few minutes before going cold. I would stay here again and would recommend this place though

Very Nice Condo

Very Clean had everything we needed plenty of towels and washer and dryer...complex has a pool that is less than a 5 minute walk to get to pool was clean as well..Beach is a few steps away and very beautiful...overall it is a nice place to stay
