New King bed in Master bedroom, King bed in guest room, with Queen sofa sleeper in living room. 24-hour onsite security mi. The 2 bedrooms are located upstairs with living room, kitchen, and 1/2 bath downstairs. Gulf views from every balcony and window.( the master balcony is a wonderful straight gulf view, the living room balcony faces southeast with views of Carillon Beach and Homes)Lake Powell on one side and the Gulf of Mexico on the other. You are literally surrounded by water. This is what vacation is suppose to be. You can stroll the white sand beaches, or go crabbing off the dock of Lake Powell. Enjoy the sunrise or sunset over the Ocean from your balcony, or set under the gazebo on a swing and enjoy the waters of Lake Powell. Full couch and 2 chairs in the living room. The Ocean view from the master is amazing! Wifi is provided property wide, also cable and flat screen TV in living room and both bedrooms. Seasonal Chair service provided, 2 chairs set up on the beach March thru October. The resort has 2 pools, one is indoor/outdoor and heated seasonally so you can swim year round. Secured, gated community with 24-hour security on site. Carillon Beach is one of the Top 10 Beaches in the World, with multi-million dollar gulf front homes, and to the West is Camp Helen State Park and Rosemary Beach. Pinnacle Port is the best location in Panama City Beach. Nowhere else in Panama City Beach can you find a resort on the beach and a lake to the North all on 26 acres. Away from traffic and crowds, yet close to shopping, restaurants, groceries, golf. Just a short drive East is Pier Park which includes Back Porch Seafood, Margaritaville, Pompano Joes, Dillards, and other shops, along with a huge movie theatre. Entertainment for adults and kids, less than 10 minutes away. Over the bridge heading West you will find scenic 30A, with high end shops and dining and world class beaches, then you will drive on to Destin with it's outlet shopping and dining. This really is the vacation destination that you will come back to for years. This is a non-smoking unit, HOA does not allow pets. Finally Just a couple of quirks about our unit. The TV and WIFI is free but it can be spotty at times, I use my hotspot when I am doing work.
