The accommodation:
For your holidays, we offer this charming, air-conditioned villa with Wi-Fi, ideal for a vacation with family or friends.

On the ground floor, you will find a large and beautiful, bright living room with an open-plan kitchen, all with direct access to the terrace and its outdoor space. A few steps down lead to two bedrooms (double beds) and a shower room.

Upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms and a good-sized bathroom.

Outside, there is a large terrace equipped with several sun loungers, garden furniture, and a very large swimming pool.

Please note that the owners' cat (very cute and discreet) lives on the property. We simply ask that you provide it with food and water. We appreciate your understanding in accepting this situation.

Parking: There is ample parking for several cars in front of the property.

Amenities: An outdoor gas barbecue, microwave, refrigerator, large freezer, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker are provided; sufficient crockery and cooking utensils are available for 8 people. You will also find a citrus juicer, washing machine, hairdryer, patio furniture, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, and a television with Netflix and Canal+ access.

The Surroundings: Cassis, located east of the Bouches-du-Rhône department, very close to Marseille, is a Provençal seaside village facing the Mediterranean that has retained all its authenticity. Its panoramic views offer a glimpse of lush countryside bordered by quality vineyards under a clear blue sky. In the distance, the Cap Canaille massif overlooks the town.

Bed linens and bath towels:
Optional, upon request. Price depends on the number of people.

Cleaning:
This is included in your reservation, and a cleaning company will come after your departure.

Pets: There is a cat on the premises (please provide food and water).

Security deposit upon key collection:
A credit card imprint will be taken at the agency reception.

The amount is equal to one week's rental.
