The Villa de l’Eouve was fully renovated in 2024.
The Bastide de l’Estérel was built in 2024.


Outdoor facilities:

Swimming pool:
A pleasant and friendly private swimming pool, ideal for cooling off and sharing good times with family or friends. It features integrated steps for easy access and an elegant design focused on comfort and relaxation.

Pool terrace, porches and relaxation area:
The swimming pool is surrounded by a large terrace equipped with sun loungers and including two outdoor porches. One is arranged as a shaded relaxation area, pleasant for unwinding, while the second is adjacent to the kitchen where you can prepare and enjoy your meals. This porch features a large outdoor dining table that can be joined with a second large outdoor table to accommodate up to 16 guests. The terrace also includes an outdoor shower.

Large grounds:
A large plot including two terraces, a shed for bicycles, a shaded swing area under old oak trees, and fruit trees.

Table tennis area:
A table tennis area with a concrete ping-pong table and the possibility of lighting it at night. It is accompanied by a relaxation area with artificial grass. Rackets and balls are provided.

Bocce court area:
A pétanque court measuring 4 m x 15 m with the possibility of lighting it at night. Boules and jack balls are provided.

Swing area:
An area with two swings under old oak trees with space to set up tables and chairs.

Entrance courtyard 1 – Garden:
A welcoming first entrance courtyard with a landscaped relaxation area, three fish ponds and a fountain.

Entrance courtyard 2 – Garden:
A second spacious entrance courtyard with natural areas.

Two private parking areas accommodating up to 9 vehicles in total.

Free parking of around 20 spaces near the tennis courts, a 5-minute walk from the property.
