Welcome to our inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Gulf front condo, perched perfectly on the 2nd floor to offer you breathtaking views of the Gulf. This coastal retreat is designed to provide you with a cozy and comfortable atmosphere.

Interior: As you step inside, you’ll immediately feel the warm and welcoming ambiance. The living area is designed for relaxation, offering a comfortable space to unwind after a day of beachside adventures. The condo features two bedrooms, each offering a tranquil space for rest and relaxation. The Gulf views from the second floor add an extra touch of serenity to your stay.

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops is a chef’s dream. Whether you’re preparing a simple breakfast or a gourmet dinner, you’ll find everything you need in this well-appointed kitchen. There is a dining room table for more formal meals and bar seating for casual dining and quick bites.

This Gulf front condo is the perfect place to experience the beauty of the Gulf Coast while enjoying the comforts of a well-equipped and cozy retreat. Book your stay today and create lasting memories in our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom coastal oasis.

Island Winds East Units: During Spring Break, mid-May through mid-August, Labor Day, and the Shrimp Festival event, each unit is allotted one (1) parking pass, regardless of its size. Extra parking options are available offsite, and please note that these arrangements may be subject to change.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

NOTE: Island Winds East parking is limited to one (1) parking pass per unit (regardless of size) during Spring Break, mid-May through mid-August, Labor Day, and Shrimp Festival. Subject to change.

Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great. The pool was heated which was a nice feature. The unit itself was as pictured. However, the bed was uncomfortable/loud and the sheets/bedding need to be updated. They felt very rough to sleep on. Also, it would have been helpful if they stated what was/was not included for supplies in the unit. We had to run out to get supplies right away (ie toilet paper/paper towels, dish soap/hand soap etc). Overall, we had a nice stay.

Great location!

Condo is small, but perfect for our family of 3. The location is perfect! Close to shops and restaurants and a VERY short walk to the beach. This condo is on the second floor, so no long waits for the elevator. We would definitely stay here again.

Beach Getaway

This property was the perfect location to the beach, close to the hangout and other attractions. We had zero issues with noise level at night considering we had young kiddos that went to bed early. We absolutely loved having a pool to play in after the beach, overall we totally come back to this place again!

Good location but small

Great location, floor was very sandy when we arrived there was even sand on the counters and table. Pictures make this unit look much bigger than it actually is. The master bed was comfortable. The shower in the master is wobbly and loose. Air worked good. I would rent in this building again but not this unit.

Rental to remember

We had a great time here. The rental was very clean, comfortable and updated. You couldn’t beat the location we walked everywhere. My teenagers could walk to the hangout next door and I could sit on the balcony and watch them swimming in the pool. The 2nd level condo is perfect. And also sits next to the public beach where they had a beach volleyball competition and could easily view. I highly recommend and would stay here again!

Check in was delayed not just for me but others because of cleaning crew (I guess). Which after a long drive is a bit frustrating. Staff at the desk was somewhat helpful but not totally so there was that. The condo was clean but could use some TLC and updating. Kitchen: okay. Blender was a struggle to get working, pots and pans,etc were stocked okay. There was only one kitchen towel and wash cloth and there was no dish washing soap. There was one detergent to use in the washer but there really needs to be dishwashing soap because everyone doesn’t run the dishwasher for just a few dishes. A plus was the coffee maker that also had a Kuriq K cup on it. Washer was extremely loud and that entire unit needs to be replaced. Bedrooms: okay. Furniture could use updating, mattresses were not the best and somewhat hard and the beds were squeaky even with just rolling over at night in them. Could use updating all the way around in bedrooms. nice fan in the master bedroom (needed to be dusted). Bathrooms were okay. Nothing fancy but everything worked fine. Location: lower floor condo right on the beach so that is a huge plus. Condo owner needs to provide beach chairs. It’s also within walking distance to multiple places to eat and shop. Location is the biggest thing for this place. While I am 50/50 if I’d ever stay at Island Winds East again, the price was good for beachfront and it wasn’t a bad place to stay - just needs a lot of love. And parking is very tight.
