Centrally located in Marathon short drive from beautiful Sombrero Beach or spend a day in Key West or the Dry Tortugas only a 45 min drive away! This home is conveniently located close to several great restaurants and local bars and plenty of shopping options.
Hopping aboard a charter is easy, and so is renting a boat for the day, launching your own boat in the water from one of the free local boat ramps, or catching a snorkeling or SCUBA Diving tour. Minutes from the 7Mile Bridge. Be sure to be on the lookout for playful dolphins and the beautiful Florida sunsets! Take some time at the Turtle Hospital, the interactive Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, or Bahia Honda State Park!
We are located across the highway from the Marathon Airport. We are 2 hours from Miami airport, about 2 1/2 hours from Fort Lauderdale Airport and about 1 hour from Key West Airport.
You will have private access to the entire home, pool, and amenities throughout your stay. The code to the house will be provided prior to check in to allow a seamless check in process.
NO CLEANING FEE!! :D We take care of the cleaning and fee to our cleaning team so it's one less charge you have to worry about! :)
When you're in the Keys, it's a time to slow down, relax, no need to be in a hurry, put the windows down turn up the Jimmy Buffet music and take in the salty ocean air. The space
Beautiful three bedroom home equipped with all the comforts and necessities for an incredible vacation. There are three bedrooms, each with a queen bed, 2 full bathrooms and a washer and dryer for your use. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Large open concept living room with new Italian Quartz flooring. New Smart TVs in each of the rooms with all of the streaming services you could enjoy as well as high speed internet for your use. Tiki Time includes 2 kayaks, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels - all the necessities you could use for a day at the beach or kayaking in the ocean just two houses away!

Relax for the day in your own private salt water pool and fully fenced in private patio with new Tiki Hut soaking in the beautiful Florida Keys rays with a drink in your hand, or enjoy after a long day on the water getting ready to grill up your fresh catch on our provided gas grill!
• Beautiful sunrise ocean views as you relax on your private balcony sipping your cup of coffee taking in the ocean breeze.
• Blend yourself a frozen drink in a Tiki Cup and hangout by your own private salt water pool for the day with the family! Relax under the shade of the beautiful newly built Tiki Hut!
• Relax under the stars and the string lights of your private Tiki Hut while the ocean breeze washes over you. Or hangout by the firepit on a chilly evening exchanging stories with friends and family.
• Take the kayaks down to the ocean and relax at the picnic area while the family canoes and explores the beautiful ocean at the Keys!
• Large covered outdoor downstairs area includes gas grill, refrigerator for storing your fresh catch or drinks for the pool, and large seating areas.
• Large side and front yards, large enough to park your 30' boat and/or trailer plus your car(s) as well as a large covered car port to be used for your relaxing pleasure.
• Sleeps up to 8 as permitted by the City of Marathon
• Fully equipped kitchen with all of the necessities needed for a gourmet meal after a long day on the water and in the sun including all cookware, silverware, cutlery, blenders, crockpot, kettle, blender, bakeware and much more to accommodate your stay.

• Additionally, we have a travel crib in the bedroom closet to accommodate those traveling with young children.

Driving around town is easy. Uber and Lyft also operate in Marathon. There is a bus that drives between Marathon and Key West as well!
