Located in a charming little residence, this beautiful flat in La Salle-les-Alpes, in the heart of the Serre Chevalier resort, is ideal for a functional and relaxing stay. You'll be a twenty-minute walk from two bodies of water in the valley where you can go swimming. With a surface area of 40 m², it can accommodate up to 4 people. It features a comfortable bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a window overlooking the countryside, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing your meals, and a bathroom with a shower. As an added bonus, the toilet is separate. The living room, which opens fully onto the landscape, has a cosy area with a 140x190 sofa bed and a convivial dining area, as well as a beautiful terrace with a garden.

The decor is pleasant and refined, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.Please note that although the accommodation does not yet have Wi-Fi, 4G and 5G reception is excellent and allows you to share your mobile connection to watch your subscription programmes on the television (HDMI cable available – please bring the usual connectors for your devices).One of the major advantages of this flat is its practicality. You will be amazed by the beautiful view in all seasons and the functional equipment that will make your stay enjoyable.


The following equipment will be at your disposal: dedicated ski room in the building, raclette machine, Marie robot, crêpe maker, electric barbecue with water tray, ironing board, garden chairs and table, etc.

Bed sheets and towels are provided for an additional fee.

Its location is also a strong point. You will enjoy a magnificent view of the slopes and the Guisane valley, on a quiet hillside close to the forest. The south-west facing aspect guarantees a bright stay, with a sunny garden and no neighbours opposite.

Shops are only a 5-minute walk away, while the ski lifts are less than 900 m away (10 minutes on foot). A free shuttle bus for skiers is available 30 metres away, providing easy access to the resort and the ski lifts during the winter holidays.

To access the residence, it is recommended to take the Chemin du Bessey and then the Chemin des Faysses, which leads to the final address, as the Chemin de Champ Feraud is on a slope. At the Pontillas gondola lift station, it is easy to hire and store your equipment (connected and heated ski lockers) and quickly access all the slopes of Serre Chevalier Briançon.
Nearby, you can enjoy downhill skiing, snowboarding, Nordic skiing and ski touring, as well as hiking and snowshoeing.
Thrill seekers will enjoy fat biking, snowkiting and escalada.
