In the heart of the picturesque Suquet district, this beautiful studio welcomes you with all the charm of this historic area. Its location is ideal: a pedestrian zone, close to the train station and the city’s main attractions. The Palais des Festivals is less than a 10-minute walk away, as are the Croisette with its beaches and luxury shops, Rue d’Antibes, and the Carré d’Or where you’ll find bars and restaurants. The famous Forville market is just a few steps away.
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.
You can reach us by message or phone. A response will be provided as soon as possible.
Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
For self-check-in, a key box is available.

• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the accommodation.
