Welcome to your Denver group retreat - two side-by-side homes designed for comfort, fun & connection. Enjoy mountain views, stylish spaces & plenty of room to gather:

We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival and self check-out upon departure. We are happy to assist via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.


Regis is a neighborhood in north Denver, Colorado with a population of 7,846. Regis offers residents a sparse suburban feel with easy access to downtown Denver and all the city has to offer. The neighborhood boasts plenty of of hip bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Many young professionals live in the area.

Both of these homes were designed and built to minimize noise between the units. It is HIGHLY unlikely you will be able to hear the adjacent unit but please be respectful and keep noise to a reasonable level, especially after 10:00 pm.

Each home spans more than 2,300 square feet, filled with natural light from tall windows and high ceilings. On the main level, open living and dining areas invite conversation and togetherness, anchored by fully equipped kitchens with stainless steel appliances, center islands, and dining tables ready for group meals. After a day of exploring the city or the nearby mountains, sink into the living room’s plush furnishings and stream a movie on the 65-inch Smart TV.

Downstairs, finished basements transform into game rooms and cozy retreats. With board games, comfortable seating, and additional Smart TVs, these spaces are perfect for friendly competition, quiet reading, or late-night lounging.

Sleeping arrangements
Across the two homes, there are eight bedrooms and ten beds, comfortably accommodating large groups. Each home features a king suite with its own en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Additional bedrooms are connected by Jack-and-Jill bathrooms, providing both privacy and convenience. The lower-level bedrooms include queen sleeper sofas paired with Smart TVs, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for kids, teens, or night owls. Thoughtful touches like blackout shades, extra blankets, and Pack ’n Plays ensure restful nights for guests of all ages.

Outdoor living
Step outside to discover two private, fenced-in backyards designed for both relaxation and play. Patio furniture is available from spring through fall, making it easy to enjoy casual meals outdoors or unwind in the hammock with a good book. Seasonal BBQ grills are provided for outdoor cooking, and lawn games such as corn hole and ladder toss add a playful touch. A connecting gate between the yards allows groups to mingle easily while still maintaining a sense of privacy when desired.

With two separate entrances, two garages, and ample driveway and street parking, these homes provide flexibility for large gatherings. They are ideal for extended families, wedding parties, or groups of friends who want the option to spend time together while still enjoying their own space.

Located in Denver’s Regis neighborhood, the homes offer a quiet, suburban setting with quick access to the city. Within minutes, you can stroll along Tennyson Street for coffee shops, bars, and local restaurants. A short drive takes you to downtown Denver, Golden, or Boulder, while Rocky Mountain National Park and Red Rocks Amphitheatre are within easy reach for day trips. After exploring, return to the calm of your dual-home retreat and enjoy the mountain views that frame your evenings.

It's important to note that there is no direct access between the units from the interior. Each of these homes features its own dedicated private entrance, ensuring privacy for all guests.

A permit is required for street parking and may result in a ticket.
