The Space:
The space is a 4 bedroom 4.5 bath townhome located in North Nashville. As you walk in, bedroom #1 is on the lower level w/ queen bunks. The garage is also located on this level. On level 2, you will find bedroom #2 with a king size bed and attached full bath with stand in shower. You will also find the open living/kitchen area with an additional half bath and with pull out queen memory foam sofa. The kitchen comes fully stocked including complimentary Starbucks coffee. The 3rd floor consists of the remaining 2 bedrooms each with private bath. The large rooftop patio is also on this level.

No pets allowed.

All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book through Airbnb and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm.

If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.

Guest Access:
Guest will be provided with door code.

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are always readily available. There is also free street parking and a 2 car attached garage.

Other Things to Note:
- You may be asked to complete documentation such as a rental agreement or provide other information for Chady Property Management after booking reservation.
- Free ATT Fiber high-speed WiFi.
- Fully stocked kitchen including complimentary Starbucks coffee.

For reservations that are made through platforms other than Airbnb, and guest is entitled a refund, guest will be charged a 3% credit card processing fee that is deducted from their refund.
