Walking into this newly furnished 4 bedroom/3 bath/2550 sf home you will immediately notice the comfortable spaces and attention to detail. You are greeted by a cozy living room with freestanding bar and big screen TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need including a fully stocked coffee bar. The island/bar in the kitchen is the perfect place to pull up a stool for breakfast or to have a glass of wine while preparing dinner. From there you make your way into a comfortable dining room with seating for 6. Downstairs is an additional family room with comfortable sectional and additional TV. Upstairs, the master suite features ample windows and a king bed with ensuite bath. The master bath features a full sized walk in shower, and double sinks. The remaining 3 bedrooms feature two queen beds and two sets of twin over twin bunks. There is also a sleeper sofa in the upstairs loft area that sleeps 2 additional people if needed.

In the summer the pool is a perfect size and will be cool and inviting even on the warmest days. The back yard boasts a covered area with furniture perfect for relaxing, dining area, lounge chairs so you can soak up the sun, a built in BBQ grill/outdoor kitchen area, firepit, and a sparking pool! This home is welcoming hot tub and perfect for entertaining or relaxing and enjoying the Arizona sun.

There are plenty of pool towels and bath towels, and basic toiletries are provided, along with hairdryers. The kitchen is fully stocked as well. The house has keyless entry, for which you will receive your own personal code for check-in the day prior to arrival.

Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have prior to booking. Pool can be heated or chilled for an additional $50 per night. Please inquire if you would like to add this.

This home has an electric pool heater. Heaters take 2-3 days to heat a pool therefore pool heat must be requested a minimum of 5 days prior to your stay. Electric pool heater is able to maintain a pool temperature of 80-87 degrees.

The spa is always hot!

✓ NoiseAware noise monitoring is installed both inside and outside the property. The device does not record conversations, it simply scans for loud noise.

Great Place
My family of 6 stayed at this property. The backyard, pool, and hot tub were amazing. We enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, TV, fire pit, and grill every single day. The house is beautiful and had ample space for all 6 of us. The neighborhood was nice and the house is close proximity to everything we wanted. We will definitely stay there again.

What a treat this house is!!
We were satisfied and very comfortable from the moment we stepped in the front door. Spacious but cozy. Simple yet lavish. We were very happy with the seating, the pool, the layout, the comforts. Absolutely a treasure of a rental. I wish there was more appliances (crock pot, waffle maker, blender, etc) but I am not complaining.

Avondale house
The house was comfortable, and our family had a great time. The first day we arrived the AC did not work on the second floor but the manager was quick to find a company to come fix it. We look forward to staying there on other trips to visit family.

Perfect Place for Baseballers
The house was amazing. First impressions was how clean and nicely decorated the house was. The house comes with ALL the amenities you need in the kitchen, BBQ, and pool. The owners responded to any question right away, and all instructions were easy to follow. The home is located in a great place to visit all the local baseball fields. GCU Graduation weekend
Our stay was fantastic! The house was in a great location, close to our daughter’s home and convenient to restaurants and shopping. The pool was nice and the seating in the back was perfect for our needs! We had plenty of comfy beds and pillows to accommodate all our family that traveled in. Would stay again.
