Enjoy spending time by the lake in this family friendly four bedroom, three bath brand new home in the Pocono’s! House is located on a wooded lot, which allows for plenty of privacy during your vacation. Overlooking the main lake in the Indian Mountain Lakes community, you will have plenty of opportunity to enjoy nature. Relax on the deck and watch for animals in the woods.

The space
The first floor of the house has an open floor plan. Sit on the couch and enjoy TV, or turn it off and enjoy the lake views. The large kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to cook for your group. The dining area has seating for eight, along with seating at the island to keep the chef company while cooking.

The second-floor loft has picturesque views of the lake. A second seating area, with TV, is available up here. Game table with both pool and air hockey let you have fun while you are indoors. There is also a reading nook if you want a little bit more privacy.

The house is powered by Solar energy. It also has battery energy storage to power the house in the event of power outage.

This home is located a short drive from many of your favorite Poconos attractions. During the summer you can spend time fishing, hiking or swimming. Come in the fall and see the leaves change on the lake. During the winter we are a short drive to many of the Poconos area ski resorts.

After booking, you will be contacted in order to register with the community. A separate $60 fee will be incurred. This fee will give you access to the community as well all community amenities. This must be completed at least 3 to 5 days prior to your stay.
