NEWLY AVAILABLE , "Essex" is a Nantucket treasure located on the Historic Old North Wharf. Nautical cottage on the water with first and second floor porches and a juliet balcony of the kitchen. This cottage offers 2 beds, 2 baths, off-street parking, and water access. Enjoy everything downtown have to offer. Refreshed interiors and spring goods spring 2022
Two bedrooms on the first floor, including Master bedroom with sweeping views over Easy Street Basin with French doors leading to a large first floor deck over the harbor with access to water. Second bedroom with built-in captain's beds.
Second floor offers large open living space with waterfront deck with seating for eating and entertaining. Galley kitchen and pantry with sun deck overlooking the Wharf. There is a loft with ladder for additional space.
Shorter stay options in shoulder season and flexible arrival/departure depending on booking calendar.
