The maximum capacity of the unit includes both adults, children and babies, as all of them count toward the condominium regulations.

ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION
Due to the nature of the destination, we include consumption of 65 kw per day, enough for normal use of air conditioners and electricity. Any extra consumption will cost $6 per KW and will be charged this way out.

Visits or guests are prohibited by the complex's administrative regulations, so any admissions requested will be processed at extra guest cost.
