Former Bed and Breakfast with updated interior. Light and bright family friendly home. This historic home in Cape Charles is walking distance to restaurants, shops, park and beach. Your own private pool and hot tub to luxuriate in. Contemporary decor, all bedrooms have private baths so no sharing with the crowd. You will love Cape Charles from sunsets on the beach to Saturday concerts in the park. Pet allowed with owner approval.

Beach escape

We celebrated my husbands birthday surrounded by family in this beautiful home. Kathy was a Perfect host and offered assistance with anything we needed. The town is quaint , friendly and the scenery is gorgeous. White sand beaches are in walking distance and there are shops, cafes and distilleries to enjoy. I loved the oysters at the distillery. I’d highly recommend this beautiful home for your next beach adventure

Family Vacation

Was a very nice property for a large group. All bedrooms were comfortable and everyone having their own bathroom was a huge bonus. We enjoyed the hot tub. We were disappointed in the pool. It was dirty and we didn't get in. Felt we could of used some instruction on that. Overall it was a great stay.

Our favorite place

We love the Alyssa house. Perfect location. Beautiful and clean. Kathy is friendly and responsive. Plenty of space and beautiful pool.

Wonderful

This house is so lovely and everything we needed was there. My sister and our families have been taking vacations together for the past 20 years up and down the east coast. This was our very favorite. We booked this house again while we were staying there. We range in ages 3 to 60 and it was hands down for a repeat at this house in Cape Charles. The hostess is the best.

I am a former Foreign Service Officer and spent 20 years living in countries around the world. I retired and moved to Cape Charles to be near family and enjoy this beautiful town.

This is my second house in Cape Charles and I fell in love with the beauty of home. This house has a rich history and I am only the 3rd owner in 115 years.

The home is on 3 city lots giving me more outdoor space than most homes in town, This allowed me to put an in ground pool in (the only one in the historic district).
