It boasts 5 bedrooms and 3 full bath and one half bath, enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine on one of the two porches or grill out with the family. Perfect for families who want to be within walking distance to both the private beach and the pool, you can also enjoy a round of golf at our exceptional 27 hole golf course and enjoy a wonderful meal at our Coach house tavern. If you need a shopping fix, come and check out historic downtown Cape Charles with its quaint shops and restaurants, you are bound to find the perfect gift.

Reviewer Comments: Form the beautiful house with all the amenities to the private beach and the quaint little village of Cape Charles, it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house was the perfect size for our family of twelve. We gathered from up and down the east coast...from NY, NJ, NC and VA. We will definitely be back to make more memories with our family, hopefully in warmer weather!!

Delightful house with excellent layout for family trip. Wonderful deck out back. Easy walk to pool and beach. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable parking for 4-5 cars if you include garage and spot out front. Only concern was a lot of flies and the water tasted funny.We would be happy to stay again.JJL

We had a wonderful stay (2nd year back)!

We loved this property so much last year we decided to return for our family vacation. Everything was the same as we remembered, easy check in, very clean, very well stocked with everything we needed, perfect location, access to beautiful community center and beach, etc. highly recommend!

Perfect

The house was fabulous. It is a great location. We walked to the private beach, the workout/pool facility, and to the hiking trails. Great pool set up as well. Two large pools with a splash pad and shallow area for little ones. The house was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with a variety of pots, pans, etc. that we needed, as we had planned homemade meals. Absolutely would use this house again.

Labor Day

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love traveling to Cape Charles for Labor Day. This is our four year coming to the beach and love the Bay Creek side of town especially the private beach and pool. This was our first experience staying in this rental. The house was nice but there are a few things worth noting. If you have a little one who is crawling, this is not the right house to rent because the main level rug is the beach weave material and will give your baby rug burn. When we arrived to the home the kitchen was filled with fruit flies and flies. I killed 8 flies in the first 10 minutes I was there. We scattered bowls of apple cider vinegar everywhere trying to kill was bad. We were unable to get hot running water to hand wash dishes in the sink and warm our babies bottle. There were also black hairs intertwined throughout the master bedrooms linen. I had to wash the sheets before I felt comfortable sleeping in the bed. And which surprised me a lot was the poorly stocked kitchen. This house sleeps 12 and there were no serving platters, no tubber wear, minimal serving utensils, very dated kitchen ware (took 30 minutes to boil water), no steamer for seafood, and no serving platter to put food on to serve family. I have stated in far nicer places with a much better stocked kitchen. The porch and deck were nice to sit outside esp having the fans on to beat the heat. Our stay was nice but compared to other homes we have stayed at in Bay Creek this house was the least functional for our needs.

The home was wonderfully furnished and decorated. Our kids loved the bunk room and the "hidden" play/TV room. We rented a golf cart to quickly and easily get to the beach and also into town and it was convenient and fun for the kids. My husband and I enjoyed some jogs around the many trails in Bay Creek. We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this home, especially if you have a family/young kids!
