Right at the heart of downtown of Ocean City, this apartment is Ocean side just a few steps from the soft sands and warm Atlantic waves of the beach. This apartment offers a clean, affordable and comfortable apartment to families, friends and whoever is looking for an enjoyable stay in Ocean City. Inside the apartment there is a common area with two pullout sofas, flat screen TV, chairs, coffee table, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is equipped central air conditioning ensuring that our costumers are cool and comfortable.
This apartment sleeps up to twelve guests and is ideal for a family or friends visiting the Atlantic shore together. There is a charge for extra adults $35 per night. The apartments do not come with towels and bed linens. You can either bring yours from home or rent them from management for a small fee. PETS ARE WELCOME! Charges are applicable ($30-$35) per pet per night.
Head south half mile, to the top of the historic Ocean City Boardwalk for seaside fun and excitement. Or take the entire family to the Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Water Park for a day of rides, treats, and midway-style entertainment, just one mile away.

Came here for Ocean's Calling Music Festival with friends. Amazing! No need to Uber, Drive, or use the shuttle. This is right next to the Rideshare lot for Oceans calling and walking distance to the festival. 100% recommend and we will definitely be back

Great host, alternate location

The host was amazing and flexible. The booked property has plumbing issues, so he presented us with two comparable options: ocean view but no wifi or no view and wifi. We chose the view and no wifi. Plenty of space for the four of us (didn't use one bedroom), the extra half bath was a life saver.
