Excellent OC Vacation Rental!

We had an amazing time staying at this location! Our group of 5 were very comfortable and would highly recommend to others given how close to the beach, boardwalk and downtown OC.

Beware of Property HOA

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Stay and Great location. The kitchen was well stocked; however, there were many nicks and damages on the property. The only problem was that the property HOA man was extremely rude and did not treat other guests the same way. He was clearly affected by our skin tone and didn't trust us. Too many racial undertones to deal with on vacation. He told us he was watching us, and that was creepy. He took his job way too seriously and will be the reason we will not return.

Golf Vacation

Property worked very well for our golf group of 7 adults. It was very clean and comfortable, and was a great location for boardwalk access and many restaurants. We had a very nice time and look forward to next year.

Awesome BEACH Vacation!!!!

Property was easy to find and access. Really liked the keypad to get in as there were numerous people coming and going at different times. Great location to beach-only about 2 1/2 blocks. Only draw back we went after Labor Day so pool was closed. Would recommend this property and book again.

We have a big family and this condo was great. Short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We noticed that somethings needed extra cleaning reached out to have them send some to clean up what was missed and they had a someone there to clean within 15 mintues.

great location!

Great location to downtown. Parking on the street is hit or miss. Only issue we had was the wifi… unable to work remotely from this property because wifi is not strong enough.

Lovely property

A group of 7 stayed at this place property so we could attend a friend’s wedding on 28th St. The house had a great number of bedrooms and a large common area. It was close to the bay and the ocean. We all agreed that we would stay here again.
