Inside Destiny Casa:

Welcome to Destiny Casa, a beautifully decorated vacation home in the highly sought-after gated community of Destiny East. The open-concept living area features updated furniture, a gas log fireplace, an HDTV with a soundbar, and a wall of windows overlooking the private pool. The fully equipped kitchen includes high-end appliances such as a Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, multiple blenders, deep fryer, and a KitchenAid stand mixer, while the dining area comfortably seats 6-8 guests. The home offers three bedrooms, including a Main Bedroom with a king bed, private pool access, and an ensuite with a jetted tub and separate shower, a Guest Bedroom with a king bed, and a Bunkroom with full-over-full bunks and a pull-out twin trundle. All bedrooms have HDTVs and Blu-ray DVD players, and a large washer and dryer is available for convenience.

The outdoor area is designed for relaxation, featuring a private heated pool, an outdoor bar with a sink and mini-fridge, a Weber propane grill, an HDTV with streaming apps, and plenty of seating, including lounge chairs, a dining table, and a separate seating area. A backyard space with a swing, Adirondack chairs, and an outdoor shower adds to the charm. Families will love the toddler beds, Pack 'n Play, beach toys, and board games, along with door alarms for added safety. As part of the Destiny East community, guests have access to two large pools, a hot tub, a fitness center, an IMAX movie theater, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, a BBQ area with an outdoor kitchen, walking trails, and a brand-new playground. The home is also close to Scenic Highway 98, making it easy to reach restaurants, shops, and popular attractions.

Amazing property and location!

The property and location were amazing. Even more so for traveling as a family of four with smaller kids. The golf cart added so much to the stay. Having the convenience of being minutes from the beach that is accessible via golf cart was a great experience. Definitely would book this property again.

Family fun

The house was everything it said it was in the description. The kids loved the pool and the amenities, the house had to offer. Just a few minutes from the beach that was a breeze since we had the golf cart that fit the 6 of us. The communication was great betweeen myself and the office. They got back to us right away. Definitely would stay again

Great property especially for price

Beautiful home and close to the beach! A lot of properties try to fool you with how close they actually are to the beach but this house was right where it said it was. We enjoyed staying here for the week. Our only complaints were the floors were dirty upon arrival, a lot of wasp nests (5) in the front entryway, and the pool was a little small but definitely still fun!

I say this because tge A/C does need a little upgrade we stayed in the spring which made it no problem but i can see the summer being hell lol

Location and Golf Cart!

Pros: Location was fantastic. Golf cart was a must and will now want with any future rental. House had a good layout. Was able to add an extra night at last minute. Cons: AC was asked to only turn down to 71. We waited until bedtime to turn down, but it was warm. Pool was small, but perfect. Only issue is there was a lot of sand in there before us.

Great location and excellent amenities

Great property - close to beach access as described, great back patio/pool. Clubhouse and community pool/courts/fitness were all excellent. Property was clean, easy technology access and super relaxing. Only issues were that golf cart was not functional, which wasn't brought up until a few days before arrival which meant scrambling and paying more to rent a golf cart, and the microwave didn't work (we didn't reach out to have it fixed). One other location note - the house behind is under construction, so some workers/noise during the day, but not an issue. Loved our stay - thanks!

Great Location

The property was mostly great. It had everything we needed, great location and was clean. The only issue was the master bedroom bed. The mattress was memory foam and uncomfortable and made noise everytime you moved. Also, the sheets were too small and wouldn't stay on, so I bought new sheets after our second night. The golf cart pulled badly to one side which we reported, so hopefully is fixed now. The bed situation is why I gave a 4 for overall, otherwise everything was good.

Great home

Great home and very clean. Our family of 7 had an excellent vacation stay. Lots to do in the area for all ages. Only negative would be no knowing about the bracelets or what they are for until I got an email saying they all needed to be returned or replacement fee is $100 per bracelet. Thankfully none were lost. Also a box of tissues for the home would be nice. Otherwise everything you could need is already there.

Nice, but lots of problems

The house was in a great location. The grill didn’t work properly, but maintenance came and it was better the next time. The pool is in desperate need of cleaning. The golf cart would not hold a charge and the tires were completely worn and had to be replaced. Very irritating stay, but again, the location was wonderful.

We did check the grill and did not find anything wrong with it and do apologize if you had any issues. Perfect for families

This house is absolutely perfect for a family with young children / toddlers. Some features that really made our stay easier include the toddler beds in the walk-in closet attached to the master bedroom and deadbolts at adult height to the pool area to keep the kids safe. The house also came equipped with a pack n play, baby gate, beach chairs, and beach toys.The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and about a 4 minute golf cart ride from the beach.The house and pool were also very clean upon arrival. The pool was the perfect size for our family.The property management is also great. The toaster at the home was not working, so I sent them an email. They had a new toaster brought by that day! We also had one small maintenance issue come up with the pool and they were very responsive to that as well.We are already talking about the next time we can come stay!

Very clean and comfortable. And a great location!

The house was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the amenities we needed. The beds and furniture were also all very comfortable. We really enjoyed the gated neighborhood. Perfectly located between two popular beach access areas. The golf cart was an awesome way to get to the beach and a couple of the nearby restaurants, or to just take rides around the neighborhood. We paid the additional fee for pool heat, and it was an excellent 90 degrees for our entire stay. Every evening ended with a couple hours of relaxation in the pool area. Communication with the agency was excellent... always talked to a friendly person on the first call. Would definitely recommend this house.

A Great Stay!

The property was fantastic. Just what our family needed for a stay with littles. Doors lock and unlock easily, back patio is contained and easy to get in and out of the small pool. The property was very clean, but I knocked off one star because we went to use the grill and it was clear it had not been cleaned in many uses. The grease pan was full. Since the guidelines mention a fee for the grill not being clean, we expected it would be taken care of by the time we went to use it. Overall though, this is a very small issue in a really great stay! Would use this company again.

Nice house. Not all amenities available.

House was great, and location was also great! The issue we had is the hot tub was not working and one of the gated community pools were closed. We were told there were 2 pools, and a hot tub. When we asked the guy at the poolhouse , he said the hot tub has been broken for over a year. Disappointing!

Well equipped place in an amazing neighborhood

The place was well stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen. My kids absolutely loved all of the toys and games in their little room (walk in closet off the master bedroom). Their beds had their favorite animals on them- unicorns and dinosaurs. We had an issue with the pool being murky after the first few days- I emailed and they came out the same day and the pool was back to being perfect. They also responded the same day for something else. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful to take walks in. We also loved driving on the golf cart everywhere. We will be back!

Location was great, the staff who helped were flexible and great, house was pretty amazing. Only things I would note is that the pool is only covered by mosquito net not glass. House did not come with basic stocked supplies like TP, paper towels, trash bags etc. The store doesn’t sell bags in a box of 7. Either the rest of the supplies go in the trash or they hoard them themselves. No beach towels provided either.

Thank you for your feedback on your stay. Emerald Coast Vacation Rentals are stocked with many of the comforts of home, including bedding and kitchen essentials such as dishware and utensils, there are a few more items you will want to pack. Upon arriving for your vacation, you will find your rental has been stocked with an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap and trash bags. These should get you through your first 24 hours, but you will want to pick up additional supplies to get you through the remainder of your stay. Sorry no beach towels are provided. We hope you enjoyed your stay and will consider stay will us at this property again.
