Brand new (new construction) condo in peaceful Emerald Isle with pool, a 5 minute walk to the beach, and across the street from a water park. Spacious for the whole family and perfect for a week-long vacation. Retail shops in complex and close to area restaurants, grocery store, and other family-friendly activities. Free parking on-site in gated lot.

The pool is seasonal and there are steps going to each level in the condo without an elevator. Children are welcome! No pets though.

Very nice place to stay. Beach is a short walk. Pool was closed a day and a half which was disappointing but nothing the property owner could have controlled. There are no beach towels provided so make sure and pack. Also there is no closet in the master bedroom which seemed odd.

Great stay

Very clean, very well-kept unit. Lindsey and Jake were easy to work with and very responsive. They were very clear in messaging us before booking about the number of stairs in the unit (so we were prepared) but a heads up for others that there are two very long runs of stairs in the three level unit. The location was convenient and about a 5-7 minute walk to the beach, which is a shared public access (the only negative for us as that made it more crowded).

Nice Beach Vacation

The condo was amazing very well kept and beautifully decorated Great location a lot of stores walkable and if you need to drive only a few min to local strip mall. Easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Vacation

The property was fantastic, it was extremely clean and a great size for our family. The short walk to the beach was perfect for us and the pool and ocean were wonderful. We look forward to returning as soon as we can. Thank you again Lindsey for such an amazing vacation.

Great rental property

Great place to stay for a calming beach vacation. Host was very amenable and kept in constant communication. Walking distance to the beach. This was our second time at this property, and we enjoyed it tremendously.

Long weekend / wedding

My wife and I came to Emerald Isle for a wedding and had our adult children and grandson visit us while we were there. Beautiful condo that fit our needs perfectly. Owner was fantastic and quickly responded to any messages I sent. They even helped locate a missing earbud and had it mailed to our son. We highly recommend the space for anyone looking to visit Emerald Isle.

Family wedding

We were in Emerald Isle for a family wedding and found this lovely place to stay for a long weekend. Although 2 of the party couldn’t make it due to hurricane Lee, the rest of us were very happy with everything about it. Very clean and quiet. Great for walking beach with morning coffee. Nice pool but water was very cold. Great location and would highly recommend it.

Great Week

Loved the property. If I had to find something to complain about, it would be the kitchen storage and beach storage. And that would probably be it. But it was a great location and we had a blast. Would love to go again with family.
