This is a full studio that has it’s own private entrance and separate exit as well.

This unit has a full kitchen with full-size appliances, including a stove, a fridge & and a freezer, a microwave , a coffee maker & full sink.

As accommodating hosts we do offer a early check in of 2-3 hours for $65 towards the 2nd cleaner. We don't make a profit from this and only offer it at this rate.

Cozy studio

This place was small but great for one or two people. The property manager was very helpful! There is a nice outdoor area. I enjoyed my stay.

Cozy and Secure

Private street, room is se secure and private, bed was super comfortable, electric fireplace was a nice touch. Host is helpful and communicative. Very friendly as well. Would definitely stay here again.

I relaxed in this studio all weekend. It was great. Grocery stores are close. Close to Folsom lake.

Owner George is a stand up dude, very personable. Casual & clean studio, safe with double coded locks. Full kitchen able to cook all meals if one chooses. Very comfy king bed, strong shower head. I def would stay here again if I visit Roseville in the future, thanks you George!

The location is great as it is off a Main Street and yet quiet as well. The room is extremely clean and well equipped for all the needs of sleeping well, stove top, big fridge, easy access. The water feature in the room adds a beautiful tranquil feel as well! Communication with the owner is super easy. He responds well and quickly. We will definitely be using this property again.

Perfect Size, Secluded

First time using VRBO and had an excellent experience. I was in town for a short while due to work and wanted a quiet place off the main drag but close to all amenities. This studio was a perfect match. It was inexpensive and close to all necessary shops and main thoroughfares while being secluded and quiet. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and backs up to a small stream so there is an expansive yard and no rear neighbors. The unit was clean and well stocked with a good functioning air conditioner! There was plenty of pots, pans, utensils, flatware, and even a pretty comprehensive spice cabinet. He even left treats and some easy sustainment foods in the full sized fridge/freezer combo. George is an awesome host who was extremely communicative and always responded in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend and would stay again.

A few drawbacks

I’m not sure how many people live in other units in the house. One day of my stay I never could get hot water for a shower. I was there during a very hot week, but the A/C had no control or thermostat in the room. It was never cool at night. I was out almost all the time during the day, so that was OK. The entry is through a garage that is very full.

I was black mailed by the owner

The property was deceiving. It didn’t have a private entrance since the entrance was a garage, the garage smelled like gasoline and it leads to a hall with 2 doors and a staircase, where people come and go from. The outdoor area had a demolished shed and was unusable. We complained to Vrbo they said they will contact the host. I was worried that this would stir conflict. The noise and the smell was becoming unbearable so we left early. We realize that we forgot our house keys attached to the Vrbo key because we wanted to keep them safe together. Since we were far I had someone check for the key but it was gone! He had checked the camera of us leaving retrieved the key before our check out. On the day of the check out I get a call from a VOIP to mask the caller name, the caller says that they had a bad experience with me, that if I wanted my key back I would have to leave a good review. Hell to that, so he can do this to someone else? Of course I contacted Vrbo and they contacted him. I started getting text messages with racial slurs and insults. If you do not value your safety, then this is the place for you.

Weekend stay for Aftershock Festival

Excellent spot on a street with no through traffic. Property was clean, tidy and quiet. Amenities including full kitchen were really welcome additions. Property manager was extremely attentive and helpful and a great person to talk to! overall experience was a 10/10! I’d definitely book here on a return trip.

Comfy place with everything you need!

Had a great time staying at this location in Roseville, super close to everything you might need, just a short drive away. Would definitely recommend, staying here again. Host is great at communicating.

Great for our stay! Close to lake!

We were blessed to find this studio last minute before arriving to the area for training! The studio had a comfortable bed and small kitchenette with everything we needed for cooking while we were there. Greeted by the most thoughtful, gracious host who was kind enough to help guide us to stores and restaurants in the area when needed and answered any questions we had throughout our stay. Our time here was beyond comfortable and memorable- thank you!

Great Stay!

Owner George was kind, compassionate and responsive. This place is like a Studio Apartment with a Full size Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher, TV, Wall Mounted Fireplace and a Microwave oven. This place is definitely a Bang for your Bucks.
