We have been visiting Santa Fe annually for 30 (!) years and have used VRBO to find many wonderful places to stay while there. Patricia’s casita was one of those terrific places. It was very clean, neat, and lovely. The bed was comfy, and having a washer and dryer is always helpful. We were able to easily park our bikes and, certainly, enjoy the outdoor spaces provided. Patricia was very attentive to any questions or needs we might have while being very respectful of our privacy. Overall, this is a highly regarded place to stay!

Wonderful relaxing location and so close to the arroyo to walk each morning! Being in nature is important but not too remote! It’s only a few minutes drive to the Plaza and places you want to go. Beautiful location and house! It is perfect for one or two people. Great bed…I slept like a baby. I will return again I hope!

Great Area

Loved the area of the house. Near hiking trails and easy to get into town. Also quiet. The place was clean and comfortable and Patricia was quick to respond to any inquiry.

Great For A Girl's Trip!

My friend and I stayed here during our first trip to Santa Fe! The property is lovely and the space was perfect for the two of us. There aren't sidewalks all the way to the river walk / streets that lead to dowtown so plan to drive into town, which isn't far! Would definitely stay again!

We had a quiet stay at this spot. Loved the spacious shower, but it’s not designed for a taller (over 6’ tall) person. Kitchenette is best for a quick breakfast. Host was communicative and friendly.

Quiet little retreat

This property was perfect for my daughter and I who came to NM to see the Zozobra festival. It was tucked away in the foothills, quiet, well appointed and very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

I am Dr. Patricia Sheppard and have been in the Healing Arts for over 30 years, practicing chiropractic, nutrition, and functional medicine. I still practice part time, splitting my time between Santa Fe, and San Rafael California.
I am enjoying the beauty of Santa Fe, building up my practice here and also hosting my Casita ... a really nice experience!

This property is true town and country, just 1 mile to Canyon rd, through beautiful trail by the river, and 1/2 mile more and you are by the downtown Plaza...Yet you feel the tranquility and beauty of nature when you get back to your casita.
