We are a "family" team that manages about ten apartments for tourist use. We started in 2016 with a family structure and over the years we have slowly grown up. We are always available for our customers but we do not live on the sites where the apartments are located. However, we live in the historic center of Venice and therefore we can reach the various structures, for any emergencies, normally in about an hour. We are always available for communications via wahtsup, text message, email or phone calls. The communication we prefer is via WhatsApp which allows us to communicate calmly, sharing images or any links, even when we are busy with our main jobs.

In the middle of the historical center. Few minutes walking from the train station (Santa Lucia) and the bus terminal (Piazzale Roma). Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pastry shop and street market all over the area.
